Absolutely loved this property! Located right outside the city center. We were able to walk to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Plus get great sleep. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay overall. Beautiful boutique hotel in a great location, quiet and safe, walkable to many restaurants and shops nearby. Room was nice and comfortable with good size washroom. Only complaint was the design of shower door caused water to always seep onto the floor but otherwise ok. Staff were very friendly and very helpful with restaurant recommendations.

The hotel was beautifully renovated in the old part of Palma within a short stroll to its many shops cafes and restaurants. The hotel staff and the service they offer are a real credit to the hotel, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms were spotlessly clean. The spa and rooftop pool and terrace were a wonderful addition too. We wouldn’t hesitate to return again. Thank you!

The hotel was exceptional! Loved every aspect of our stay; rooms were gorgeous and the rooftop pool was the perfect place to relax after sight seeing, breakfast was amazing, staff were all extremely helpful and professional and location in the old town was perfect. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible stay at Posada Terra Santa – this hotel truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how beautiful and immaculately clean everything was. The design blends historic charm with modern elegance, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. What really made the stay unforgettable, though, was the genuinely warm and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered went out of their way to make me feel welcome, and I have to give a special mention to Ania, who was absolutely amazing. She not only helped me get a wonderful upgrade to my room, but also took the time to offer some fantastic local recommendations around Palma that made my trip even more special. Her kindness and attention to detail truly stood out and made a huge difference in my experience.

Very helpful from the moment of arrival, complete with Welcome Drink. We also received an upgrade, and the room was lovely with a bottle of wine thrown in. Questions were answered quickly, and lunch reservations were helpful. Highly recommend.

A brilliant renovation which kept so many unique original features. Outstanding staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Meals excellent and beautifully presented. I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is simply stunning and we can’t wait to return

We had a fantastic stay from booking to leaving. We appreciated welcome emails before our visit that provided information about the hotel and things to enhance our stay. We arrived early because of our flight time and were greeted by smiling, helpful reception staff who provided us with complimentary drinks and pastries while we checked in. They looked after our luggage while our room was made ready early and we were offered use of their facilities while we waited. Another bonus was that our room was upgraded to a beautiful suite, with complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates. The hotel is situated on a quiet tiny side road in the heart of Palma (*taxis have to drop guests at the end of the road - about 20 metres away) and is in easy walking distance to restaurants and places to visit. The interior is beautifully decorated with use made of stunning exposed brickwork. There is a lovely roof terrace with a small swimming pool and two quiet reading rooms. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection, supplemented with a hot food menu to order. Overall, this is an exceptional hotel with an outstanding staff team - especially the reception staff, who even carried our luggage out to our taxi at the end of the road - which was much appreciated.
