I had a lovely stay. I was in a spacious studio apartment. My whole stay was perfect due to the accomodation, check in experience, every staff member"s friendliness, professalism and helpfulness. Would highly recommend.

Lovely apartment , location no good if you have mobility issues , the hills are very steep. Very late check in 4pm , but the apartments were clean , good kitchen , pool was lovely with lots of sun beds , it was quiet .

2bed apartment great size. beds very hard. renovations to 2nd pool area had it closed and tiling going on from 8.30am outside apartment.

Rooms were clean. Very private. All the staff were very heipful and friendly. Any problems would be put right straight away.

Another absolutely brilliant stay! Spacious,clean one bedroom apartment with excellent views!Stayed here well into double figures,never disappointed!Staff are amazing!!!

Super endroit bien situé par contre appartement quelque peu désuet et lit divan lit inconfortable. Peu d’accessoire pour se faire à manger Mais dans l’ensemble l’endroit est très bien et nous recommandons.

Good spot but very hilly and too many steps up to the apartments for someone with a disability charged 55 pounds extra for ground floor and there was 19 steps up to it

Very nice hotel.

Breakfast wasn't up to much nothing was hot.We had to beg for a mug for our tea.The manager wasn't very friendly all the other staff were very pleasant.The hand towels in the bathroom were really worn and thin.If the 24 euros for breakfast were included in the the price then I would have preferred not to have it.

Very good. A fight on one night outside our apartment between a drunk couple .But all good otherwise .

Apartment looks good from outside but inside it’s in a terrible state of disrepair.. cockroaches running all over the kitchen area dishes utensils etc constantly.. when reported we were told that it was being fumigated however no sign of this upon re-entry to apartment!! When they were were still there we spoke to reception was told no housekeeping at night time.. next day at 4pm a housekeeper entered our apartment and left a can of bug killing spray.. dinner is offered as booking option yet it’s not served here it’s up 2 more hills to the Mirage.. stayed 8 times prior to this visit.. will not be back!!!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was absolutely great. Everyone were just so friendly and ready for help. Place was very clean and well decorated. The food was absolutely great. Definitely will come back here again and highly recommended.

Excellent reception staff. Up a very steep hill... excellent breakfast. Dinner options at another location up a very steep hill..food very poor there. Taxi from town 4.5 euros..trip down the hill navigating past lots of boozy bars.

Maria @reception was my favourite, helpful friendly, she made time to speak to me. I valued E103, my nest for 5 left vely days. Having requested a quiet location, it was perfect. There was no apartment above me, in fact the complex is designed this way. Wished that I was able to participate in the outdoor yoga classes. Wanted to check out the library though time was too short. There was a helpful, cheerful bar tender from Calandria & I loved how she ensured my cava glass was filled to the brim! I liked the spacious interior of my apartment, cosy beds, plenty cutlery & hot water. There could have been more crockery & it would have been useful if condiments like salt & pepper were supplied.

Spacious but very dated rooms. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. No cleaning service, only changed towels and emptied garbage ones in one week. I asked a gentleman at the front desk to provide me with softer pillows - never received any response. No elevator.

Check in easy however it isnt easy to navigate to your apartment. Apartments look clean and presentable. Aircon didnt work. Tv didnt work i mean literally didnt work, not even 1 channel. Iron stained my white shirt with rusty water. Booked a sea veiw but had the side of another building to look at. 2nd day i received a letter on the door step which said neighbours Apartment was broken into while asleep. I quote from the letter "You think you are safe but you are not" As a lone female with a child this scared me a lot. 3rd day had no water due to burst waterpipe. Couldnt wait to check out..

My daughter and I went for her birthday weekend. We arrived late (after check in), we communicated with the hotel prior and this was ok. When we arrived we were greeted kindly. It was a very easy and smooth check in. All of the staff were lovely, friendly, happy and very helpful. We felt safe. The accommodation was basic but great and it had everything we needed, it was clean too. The shower and hairdryer was powerful. There was the option to pay for air con but we felt it wasn’t needed as it wasn’t summer months, however a fan would have been nice. We loved our apartment (A212) location facing the pool and near to the bar/breakfast area. The breakfast was ok, lots of choice. Unfortunately for the snack bar food they only offered one gluten free pizza, which wasn’t available. Cocktails were good tho. After checkout we could store our luggage and spend the day around the pool, we could also use their facilities to shower before we went home. Hotel location was good with lots of bars/restaurants/shops and taxi near by. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend and go back again. Thank you!
