Lovely property, well maintained and very clean. Friendly staff. Only negative for us was with the one evening meal we had at the property. My husband ordered the fillet steak (which was very expensive), when it arrived - it was not a fillet steak, very thin piece of steak - overcooked and dry. This cut of meat also had a fat cap around it - brought it to the attention of the owner/manager, not sure which. Blamed his butcher, but did not offer to reduce cost - poor response we thought to a legitimate issue. Food in general was overpriced - I would stay again but would not use the restaurant facilities

Lovely boutique hotel. Spacious rooms. Quiet location. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I stay there twice a month at least.

After booking the incorrect dates the staff were incredibly accommodating and made every effort to assits me in amending my bookings. On arrival they were friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Really relaxed environment. Good solid breakfast. Nice room ie suite. Others are small. WiFi not so strong. Jacuzzi bath in suite 5 not working.

Perfect in every way. Arrived tired after 24 hours travelling. Wonderful peaceful tasteful and lovely helpful staff. Afternoon at the wall surrounded pool( good in windy PE) and then a beautiful valentine meal. Super comfy bed so woke refreshed. Will certainly e back.

Very good boutique hotel. Very tastefully furnished and very well appointed rooms. Small and cosy with friendly staff. Really enjoyed our 2 nights here.

Clean quiet comfortable

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very nice. It was a nice room and nice a quiet. The location was great too! Only a short walk from the shops and beach. I would def stay there again if I ever visit Port Elizabeth again. Was a very pleasant experience. thanks

We unfortunately only slept there, so could not rate all the services, but will give it another try when we next visit.

Business Stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Villa Tuscana. It's in a quiet neighbourhood not exactly at the beachfront but reasonable close. We booked two rooms and especially the one for my parents was extremely spacious. I quite liked the over the top Italian theme, but it might not be up to everyone's taste. Although there weren't any coffee/tea facilities in the room, this could be ordered via reception at no extra cost, which was great. For the price and close proximity to the nice bit of PE and the airport (which you couldn't hear) I would recommend the place.

Returned for our final 2 days in South Africa and stayed in the Presidential Suite which was magnificent. We were greeted like friends by the staff, who were genuinely pleased to see us again and could not do enough for us. This is the only place we will stay when visiting Port Elizabeth.

What a wonderful hotel, the manager or her assistant are always available to help & make you feel at home. Nothing is too much trouble and they live up to their reputation of treating you like family. The rooms are exceptional and are kept clean & up to standard daily. Don't be put off at the lack of tea & coffee facilities in the room as you simply call reception anytime and they bring you coffee, tea etc free of charge. We really feel we have made friends with the management & staff and would not stay anywhere else when we come to PE. We stayed for 16 nights and are coming back for a further 2 nights at the end of our holiday prior to flying back to UK.

I was there with my family and was a good surprise since we paid a low price for it. It is a comfortable hotel, close to the best beach of Port Elizabeth and in a very good neighborhood. The rooms are clean and have a good size. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
