Clean room and friendly staff

I loved my stay, and everything was great. The only thing was the hot tub jets weren't very strong enough.

Everything was super clean. The concierge, Devon, was absolutely fantastic and made the stay perfect!

Beautiful resort. Casino was fun. The restaurant was AMAZING and the whole place was immaculate. I’d stay again.

Hotel is clean and staff is great. Bathroom showers could use a grout sealant and because of this more scrubbing is required

The room was clean, the views were amazing and I love all the amenities! The staff are always friendly, knowledgable and willing to help in any way. I love the variation for food in the hotel and casino

We were very disappointed in the cigarette smoke. It doesn’t work for our health. Will not stay here again. Room and check in are fine.

This was one of the nicest hotels I've enter stayed at. The room was absolutely beautiful. The foot at the buffet was very good and the breakfast at the restaurant was also very good. If i ever have another event to go to in calgary i would gladly stay here again.

Excellent staff just far from any other amenities

Amazing restaurant and the room was beautiful with authentic art, soft sheets and a sitting and working area. A treat to stay here. And the door guys are the sweetest!

Bar was satisfactory for our needs. Unfortunately didn’t use hot tub and pool as our stay was just one day.
