I was in the casino. I had a drink asked for another drink. I didn’t get served. Asked the why. No explanation given. So asked to speak with the manager. I was escorted out by several staff again with no explanation given. Apart I was aggressive to the staff. So I asked for the CCTV footage. I was refused. It’s ridiculous. I have several witnesses and I was not

This hotel makes you feel at home

The HVAC unit in the room was very noisy and I did not have a good sleep. Otherwise, very clean. Staff were outstanding.

This is my go-to hotel in Guts’ists’i (Calgary) when I visit for business. Friendly staff, prompt service and super clean and comfy rooms.

Hotel check in staff, very nice made us feel welcome- the casino wasn’t very nice to us (dam), the bar and grill food was very good

We loved everything about Grey Eagle…right down to smallest details like welcome bag for our pup. Staff was consistently wonderful & friendly, little Chief restaurant food was amazing (smoked salmon Benny & fruit bowl), room was huge, quiet, private. Beds were great. We will stay again & recommend to our friends

Super impressed with this hotel! Clean, seems newly renovated, staff are so friendly. Amenities are great! Beds are super comfy! I’m We will def stay here again!

Everyone friendly

Very nice hotel. Staff were amazing. Room was clean and very well laid out. Our room had tons of storage and lots of seating which was nice. We went to a show so it was very convenient. Only tried a few items at one of the restaurants which were average, the only drawback is that smoking is allowed, which is a huge disappointment. However still a great place!

OMG what an experience. If i ever plan a weekend getaway, i will be coming here. Food, entertainment and staff were all wonderful and friendly.
