Everything is great here, amazing views, and standard customer service Shout out to Juan in the food and beverage department, top notch.

I loved my stay. My mother and cousin stayed with me as well. We loved this hotel. Perfect location, beautiful facilities, wonderful people, amazing food.

Overall, a 10/10 experience! The hotel was incredibly accommodating, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was perfect. I chose to stay here for my birthday, and to my surprise, the hotel made it extra special with a complimentary birthday cake and a thoughtful card. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made my celebration unforgettable.

Great location

La comida en el restaurante es deliciosa. Nuestro room al llegar tenía olor a cigarro nos cambiaron muy rápido fueron atentos. Pero no hubo detalles de bienvenida. Las toallas lucen viejas . Y el personal son serios y poco amables. Rescato a José que está a cargo del bar súper atento y amable . Una lástima que el hotel no tenga acceso a la playa.

I enjoyed everything about this property. The views were stunning, customer service was nice, environment was clean. I was safe the whole time. I took a solo trip and never felt more safe. Food & drinks was 10/10

This hotel is ideal for anyone that has a private driver or has to walk and uber. Literally 5 minute drive to wall city, the beach is outside the door, and easily accessible to the stores

Room, Food and Pool was excellent! The locals are a pest harassing at every turn to buy something and even stalking you at the beach. The hotel was excellent and if I never left the hotel I would be happy. Staff was the best!

The hotel is nice and clean and most of the staff, especially bell boys, are helpful. The receptionists are mostly just okay. The restaurant managers and some of the servers have an unpleasant attitude. They don't seem to be properly trained in a hospitality sector. This lowers standards of such a reputable brand as Intercontinental. The pictures of the hotel are misleading as they make it look like it has its own beach while the beaches are public and you will have to rent umbrellas and chairs. The description states that there are robes and slippers in all rooms but that is also incorrect.

This hotel is excellent! The breakfast included in our reservation was amazing, the pool area was nice and the premises were always kept clean and organized. It made our trip so much better.
