As always a great stay, wonderful staff and great location.

Lovely staff, Room was bigger than i expected and clean and tidy, 11ks from Sleeman Aquatic centre where we were driving every day of our stay, had easy access to the Motorway, Also about 8ks from Westfield Mall. Room service was very quick, had a restaurant on site, and a liquor store, but had to drive to get any other food, Subway and kebabs were about a 2min drive so that was good.

Great value. Allowed early check in. Beautiful quiet pool. The Hotel across was extremely nice and family friendly with plenty of food options. We ended up booking twice

Stayed here multiple times. First time ever leaving a bit disappointed. Room felt tired compared to others I have stayed in. Was allocated a disabled access room which meant bathroom was wheel chair friendly but far from luxurious. Ironing board in room was broken, dinner in hotel was disappointing. Hot served wrong meal and was made feel like it was my fault. Overall convenient and good value but not up to previous stays.

Nothing to complain about besides the exit doors so loud it sounded like someone opening the front door... But thats only corner units i guess and cleaners need to dust and take out rubbish from previous guests.

Big and clean rooms, comfortable beds, only 20 minutes away from the airport and 45 minutes from Gold Coast

This property is great if you’re attending a function at the nearby glen restaurant etc. it’s basic, but it works.

The room was modern, everything was perfectly clean. Beds were comfortable with clean white bedding. Staff at reception were all very nice. Pool & gym were great. Less than a minute to walk to all of the beautiful dining options for breakfast, lunch, dinner & desert. All the food was great including the coffee, donuts and ice cream. I’m usually quite fussy with where I stay but this place had no issues, everything was great.

People were excellent! Very friendly and very helpful. Food at the restaurant was AMAZING!! I will be back!!!

Only thing that they mucked was I wasn't given my $100 bond back, so in a reality, my family night cost a total of $294. Which is false advertising and not to mention I wasn't working at the time n my precious babies were leaving the country the next day

Very expensive for what it was. Not a sensible property. Cars away from accommodation and whilst it may be “secure” it’s out in the rain and so are you to park and retrieve. You also have to bring your luggage from and to the same car park. Pity if it’s raining or windy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom so you cannot see a thing. If there is you don’t know it. Hairdryer is the size of a liar jet and weighs a ton so don’t have wrist troubles or arthritis. Room was lovely food at the hotel beautiful. Bed very comfy.
