We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable and a great walk in shower. The e-bikes were great tour around the waterfront. Staff were great. We were a family of 4.

Breakfast options are very limited . Charge a bit more rather and provide bit more option :)

Staff were great! Very helpful and friendly. It’s definitely a historical type property in a mostly quiet residential area. Free electric bikes available on site. Easy walk to Selkirk landing. Constructing happening across the street. The outside of the building needs much needed updating paint etc. The rooms have an older type smell from the older furniture. Beds and bathrooms have been updated and renovated. The rooms could use updated furniture as well.

The motel itself is not terrible and the staff are friendly enough, you get what you pay for. However, the walls are very thin and leave nothing to the imagination when hearing your neighbours.

A unique property located close to downtown Victoria. Nicely maintained grounds with a beautiful old massive Sequoia tree in the front area. The hotel is a little dated, but is very clean and in a quiet area, very helpful l staff

Very comfortable stay with well equipped. kitchen in the suite, comfortable beds and bathroom. Continental breakfast was great as well and tea/coffee available any time! Staff was very helpful.

The breakfast is fine, there are toasts, pancakes, different kinds of jam, muffins, apples, boiled eggs. There are two coffee machines you can use during the entire day. Staff were friendly, room is clean. One drawback - the ice machine was out of service during my stay in Jul 2026

Not your typical property but very nice. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was adequate but lacking anything of substance.

It’s an older property but we we quite comfortable staying there.

The room had a strange smell. I am not sure if it's just our room or all rooms. The property does look dates, as other reviewers indicated, but not too bad at the same time. The room smell (old carpet smell) was my biggest issue. I am not a very picky camper. I noticed that when we were checking in our original room number was crossed out and we were given a new room. I don't know if we just got unlucky with the bad room because somebody else complained, or they are all like that. In any case, it took away from our experience. Over all the stay was fine, but I definitely felt like we should/could have gotten a cleaner room for the money that we paid.

The staff was excellent and helpful. Close location to wharf area and downtown. The room was small. Bathroom ceiling had brown spots, and corners all around not too clean. Ok breakfast but simple. Loud portable air s d fan in room. Needs updating.

Tho I liked many aspects of this motel, I felt with all the added costs the net daily cost was very high for a motel

Once we got inside the property things were okay but certainly our initial view of the property from the outside was really quite alarming. The rooms were absolutely fine and the staff were extremely pleasant. It was a very good stay.
