The room was old, the TV was broken, the bathroom fixtures were broken, the drain wasn't working, and the soap dish was broken - the items were in terrible condition.

The hotel is located in the center, convenient for traveling. The staff is flexible in handling early check-in and room changes upon request.

Spent 1 night due to flight cancellation, staff, room rate was great. Suggestion to hotel that if the shower head could be changed to make it easier to use it would be great

Beautiful room, both classic and luxurious, soft lighting, swimming pool. Breakfast is ok. The receptionist is so cute, let me check in early.

The room is ok, spacious, baby bed, nice space, but the big bed is a pair of 2 single beds, so it's uncomfortable in the middle. The toilet is a bit unreasonable, the water is easy to stagnate, the feet will be cold in the morning. Poor sound insulation

Excellent room. Very spacious and luxurious. Western style. However, breakfast is not very diverse. Anyway, quite satisfied.

- I book 3 deluxe city view rooms but upon check-in the hotel informed them that the room was full and arranged 3 rooms which according to their information was the last room (2 single beds, not city view), when I requested bed transplant because there were children the hotel refused to support and said I canceled my room on the app system. Staff are not professional and often annoy customers and respond due to system errors.

Good: - Large, clean and reasonably priced rooms. - Nice pool and nice view. - Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. Not good: - Inconvenient because there are so few electrical outlets in the room, there should be a socket. - The lobby has a cigarette smell. - The pool water is too cold to shower. - The room with the window open is the wall, so there's no view.

Staff enthusiastic, friendly, very nice. Nice room, more beautiful than photos. Well located. The food is delicious but a bit less. Will be back !
