The location of this accommodation is very strategic, located behind Jungceylon Mall, close to Phuket Night Market, and only a short walk to get to Bangla Road and Patong Beach.

Bed is comfortable, toilet is clean. Had no problem during check in. We even get to check in early around 11:30am. Overall, I had a great 3 night stay!

water supply cut off since we have checked in, no water to take shower, worse experience at this hotel. and staff keeps on telling wait for some time. 8 pm and still no water supply.

The lobby staff can speak fluently English. Large rooms, large mattresses, clean. The air conditioner is really cold. The hotel is very close to the jungceylon mall, bangla road, the market too. If the road to the beach is quite far.

Ok the hotel is very good I'm very happy with hotel but I'm not happy with Indian girl from reception because she speaks no polite with customers

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Thanks for making our visit to Phuket that much better. I’ll come again!

I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. The service was excellent, Ms. Vindy (the receptionist) never stop smiling and staffs are friendly and speak good English. The room was clean and spacious, but the bed is a little hard. Breakfast menu and taste is standard. Location is near Jungceylon and walking distance to Bangla Road and beach. Me and my wife enjoyed our short stay here.
