Aucun acces a lhotel A l'arrivée on ma demander de faire un dépôt par débit et lors de mon départ on a pas voulu me le rembourser malgré que tout etait a la perfection dans la chambre a mon depart... ca première raison a ete quil ne trouvait pas mon recu et la seconde a ete quil ne pouvait pas vérifier dans son ordinateur car il netait pas capable de se connecter .... apres 10 min a tenter de tout prouvé mon honnêter il cest mis a me crier dessus .... je ne savait pas quoi faire et je suis incapable de me faire crier dessus donc jai quitter convenablement.... Honnêtement je ne recommande aucunement cet endroit A 100$ la nuit pour 3 nuits plus le non remboursement de mon dépôt cest malhonnête.

Heating was not effective, we were cold in the night

The building would need some work on it The room was clean but we had difficulties with the hot water

Run down n creepy place, inner hallway used as owners messy storage. Owner was very rude. The water stopped running at one point, I had to brush my teeth with a water bottle

Noisy walls. No sound on the TV. No glasses to drink. Towels are clean and bedding sheets. No bowlbrush for the toilet. Bad smell at the lobby. Damaged sign to locate the hotel. Need serious renovations.

J ai resté dans la chambre pendant 30 minutes.On m'a juste remboursé le depot,meme pas la nuit.C'etais degeulasse,la tv fonctionnait meme pas,il y avait un cadre au dessus du lit sur le bord de tomber...brefff LE REGENT BARRÉ A VIE

The Hotel-Motel was being renovated, so we got an upgrade for free. Although we couln't use the hottub else there was an extra $50 charged. There was only 1 big towel and 1 small towel for 2... Room was out of date, but had a new fridge. For the low price it was all expected. The location wasn't far from downtown.

Horrible motel. Moldy, smells bad, expensive for what it was. The only good points are that the sheets and the bathroom were clean.

Extremely rude and threatening staff. Unclean room and unsafe environment. Ill-constructed/maintained building. DO NOT STAY!
