Is a beautiful place!

The location is pretty good and the grounds have a beautiful garden. Breakfast was good with unlimited coffee (other places in Costa Rica provide seconds only on demand). They also have a bird feeder plank right next to the breakfast space, so we got a songbird show every morning. Staff was super-friendly, and cleaners did their best keeping the room clean. We got one of the more run-down rooms, looked somewhat worse than in the pictures. The climate being super-humid and not very hot, the room felt musty. There was AC which we thought might help dry the air out, but its air coming out of it was musty as well. Lastly, most of the time the hot water in the shower was not quite hot. Fortunately the weather was very mild (and rainy much of the time!), so we could just keep windows open at night and it was fine. To their credit, they recalculated the price downward on their own, because apparently we were charged the rate of a higher-class room.

Everything great

Very peaceful and comfortable room with a view of Arenal volcano (when the clouds cleared😊). Beautiful gardens and abundant birds. Staff were exceptional and very helpful. The activity recommendations were perfect. Would definitely stay again on our next trip to La Fortuna.

Room was clean and truly enjoyed my stay there!

The view was amazing. There’s four breakfast options all of which were ok. The staff was very friendly. There were some ants that would come into the room but they never went on the bed and did not bother me (your in the jungle what can you expect?).For the view and price it is definitely worth staying here.

In a quite area but a short Uber ride to town. The gardens are lovely and the staff very friendly and helpful

We had a pleasant stay in this property, garden is well kept and Arenal volcano view is fantastic, the room was rustic but have AC, TV and Hot Water although it is missing a Safe (I removed 1 star because of this) I'd like to mention the reception lady (Ivannia) was very nice and helpful and always assisted us with all our needs..

Really nice hotel with a pleasing asthetic, rooms were mostly clean with few issues, we originally got the wrong room but staff were happy to switch us without issue. The pool could use more light as it was almost entirely dark by 5pm

Amazing view of arenal volcano from the room, friendly staff and good food. Location is perfect and quiet yet close to town.

Beautiful property great friendly staff

Small, quiet place. Pretty landscaping. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. They contract with a few tour companies in the area. I signed up through the hotel to do three tours and had a great experience with all of them. (They provide pick up and return from the hotel which was very convenient as I was there without a car.) There is a parking lot if you do have a car.

Établissement au calme et proche de la nature. Il y a de nombreuses plantes et oiseaux en plus d'un petit sentier dans la foret. La piscine est bien appréciée des enfants! Les chambres sont juste correctes et manque de charme. Les blocs de 3 chambres sont très près les uns des autres et on entend bien les voisins. Le restaurant est OK, sans plus. Globalement le séjour est bien, mais ne correspond pas à la réputation de ce lieu que l'on voit dans les commentaires plus anciens.

Very beautiful property. Unique layout and landscape.

Staff are very friendly, even prepared me to go breakfast when i didn't have enough time. It's a quiet place with pool and cool hammocks in front of each room. Recommend it.

I will stay again when I go back to Arenal. Staff was really friendly, they recommended very nice places to eat at. It is also located very close to town and to the thermal waters. I really enjoyed it!
