We were never sent a code to get into the hotel nor was there a code sent to get into the room. There are no staff on site. Make sure you get a code. We arrived at midnight and luckily found a number to call where someone was able to help us. That was our only issue. We loved staying here!!!!!! Rooms are small but great. Bed was comfortable! Close to everything! Please note there is no elevator so if you can't do stairs especially stairs and luggage get a main floor suite!

No snacks or water bottles on property. Make sure you book a king suite as “double” suite bed not much bigger than a single bed so quite Uncomfortable for 2 people. Shower stall (with clear glass) directly in bedroom so if you want privacy inquire about room first because you won’t get privacy. But
