The room smelled stale. There were several areas where dust was visible. When checking out and getting our vehicle back from valet they didn't write down our number which lead to us standing outside waiting for 45 mins. They removed the charge from our bill but for a 4 star hotel I was quite disappointed!

This place was incredibly mediocre and honestly disappointing. I’ve stayed here before and remember it being great a couple of years ago. However, this time around the room was dirty and you could tell it was run down. We got there a the elevators were broke which was fine but annoying. Then, the room looked like no one had cleaned it - dusty, crusty shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom and dirty looking shower. This place isn’t cheap for what it is which was simply a let down. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Valet staff was exceptional. Multiple wedding receptions, Reds home games, significant road closures in the immediate area surrounding the hotel due to Cincinnati Pride Parade and an extreme heat wave. Valets were constantly hustling, while remaining professional and pleasant. Despite the chaos, they managed traffic with efficiency and never let the pressure show. Each interaction felt personal and courteous—whether we were coming or going, they greeted us with a smile and ensured a smooth experience. Their dedication and positive attitude truly set the tone for our stay and left a lasting impression. Easily one of the most impressive valet teams we’ve encountered in recent years.

We are older but the walk to Great American Ballpark was about 4 blocks with only one incline block. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and valet stand were very friendly and did their jobs well. We were able to leave our car and luggage at the hotel and pick it up after the game which is a wonderful service.

Very nice property, good view of downtown Cincinnati. Many things going on in town that weekend, ckd in at 3:30 but did not get rm until 5:30. They did comp us for a free breakfast though

Received a call 30 min before check that the AC in the entire hotel was not working, and would not be working for a day or two because a part had to be ordered. I was traveling from out of town, driving, and was left without a room. Had to pull over and find other hotel accommodations that were close to the stadium. Would have liked more advance notice.

Room needed more lighting,,especially the bathroom. Shower,,too difficult to determine hot or cold water. No extra roll of toilet paper. Tissue box had 4 tissues left on the box.

Nice hotel. Its just short staffed when trying to check in. So rooms were delayed getting clean. But it was a nice location. The price of parking is high ($48), but its the city.

It was quite disappointing when we tried to check in at 4:00pm and was told that our room wasn’t ready and no one could give a time estimate due to a full hotel the night before. This is not our issue, but we were the ones being affected. I can honestly say, I’ve never had this issue at a hotel. For the amount of money we spent, I would expect to get the full use for our stay. However, the ladies upfront were doing the best they could with the cards they were dealt with. I’m not sure if it was a management/scheduling issue.
