We loved the friendly staff and great location

Great location, great place, great staff and great amenities. We have a family of 4 and it's nice and air-conditioned. Nice kitchenette, laundry/dryer in-room, and even a bidet!

Appartement was perfect for a small family of 4. Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating even with our very early arrival. Highly recommended.

We truly enjoyed staying at UpSuites. The location is perfect within Barcelona. Although the apartment is not perfectly new, it was ideal for our family of five. We will stay here again.

Wonderful! The blackout curtains and in-room washer/dryer were so helpful for our stay.

We had a great stay at UP Suites BCN. They were very helpful in arranging a vehicle to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. Check in process was smooth. The room was excellent - having a kitchen and laundry machine was great! The room was spacious and very clean. I highly recommend staying here.

The location - close proximity to several bakeries, restaurants, very laid back feel, non-busy-hustle bustle neighborhood. So lovely, definitely makes you feel you could like in Barcelona like a local. The amenities were good - they gave 2 detergent tablets for their washer/dryer- the dryer works well and actually dries the clothes. We've used other models where the unit doesn't dry the clothes well; this one dries the clothes completely. We used "mixed" for the washer mode (3 o'clock on the dial) and secador light (10 o' clock on the dial) for drying. We had to figure that one out as it's in spanish. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was a sofa bed, you could feel the springs and the bar; wish that they could upgrade that to an actual mattress/futon that's more comfortable. The extra bed was nice to have. The storage for clothing and luggage was great. The apartment was good for 4 people. It was so nice to have the table for 4 for us to gather and have some snacks or meals together. Definitely recommend, although value is 4/5. Also Spain charges a big accommodation tax. We ended up paying almost $200 USD in taxes.

great place, would definitely stay again

We had a good stay at the property, it is closer to bus or metro stops. Muhammad helped us with some great recommendations. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Our check in was at 9 pm and the code given did not work, the staff responded on chat and provided us with a new code but in this confusion while we were on the street somebody stole my purse off the push chair which was not a pleasant start of the trip so always be on your guard when in BCN.

Very nice apartment that is in a great location. Staff were very friendly and take great care of the apartments and building. Highly recommend.

The best experience there, everything clean, the smell since you open the door of the building is another level, the apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable, beautiful. The staff super nice. I would definitely be back next time.

We found the apartment to be just as described in the listing. It was clean and modern. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood around it also had everything without having to walk far.from fhe building.

Very well maintained property, close to the main attractions and to a vast amount of restaurants and shops.

The staff member is very nice and patient. The building's insulation is not the best. We can hear the noise of neighbors at night.

Great Apartment complex. Mohammed at Reception was very helpful. Has everything you need, iron, hairdryer, kitchen equipment etc. Spacious and well appointed. Only down side was water ran cold after a while. Would highly recommend and return.
