Showers not functions shelves falling off the wall water not draining air condition not working very well. Asked to have shower fixed nothing got fixed. More annoying then anything else.

Porperty looks pretty good but, once inside the rooms you find it needs more cleaning. The room given was noise, by the side of the air conditioning machine.

I liked the location. Centrally located to all my appointments. In the evening I took a walk around the lake across the street.

The hotel looks good from outside but needs some maintenance inside. Breakfast could improve...

Hotel is OK for what it is - business hotel, somewhat isolated. Restaurant needs to up their game.

We stayed here for the proximity to Hopi Hari and Wet N' Wild. It was about a thirty Real Uber ride and about the same for the taxi from the airport in Campinas. There isn't much to do in the area, but the hotel has a restaurant and small bar. The rooms look new and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately the place, while recently remodeled, doesn't quite meet expectations. There were several spots of mold and grime in the bathroom where obviously only the most superficial cleaning had been done for quite a while.

Quite an excelente option for business travelers, either visting companies in the surrounding area or, as myself, on an overnight stop before the next plane in Viracopos.

In the last minute we've decided to stay in the city. It was a good choice but it is a little bit far from downtown because the hotel is located in a industrial zone.

Stayed for 3 days. Internet worked for a couple of hours each day then went down again. The 2 bikes in the fitness room broke down. Same breakfast every day. Bad experience.

As únicas pontualidades foram, o quarto tinha baratas e a opção de jantar eram três, bife, filé de frango e salada. Por se trataram de um lugar longe da cidade poderiam ter mais opções. Quanto as baratas acredito que uma dedetização resolveria.

Razoável. Staff muito solicito e café da manhã bom, entretanto os quartos estão precisando de manutenção, são bastante antigos. As camas são muito duras e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Notei também que o cobertor no quarto estava amassado no armário e com cheiro forte. Provavelmente foi utilizado por outros hóspedes. Recomendo como última opção, pelo valor é possível conseguir opções melhores na região.

O Colchão do quarto 324 é péssimo

Fico sempre lá, atendimento muito bom, quarto confortável com chuveiro bom. O café da manhã é normal, frequentemente o café é servido muito fraco.

Quartos deviam ter Smart TV Restaurante todas as mesas deviam ter pacotes de açúcar / adoçante

Atendimento simpático em todas as áreas, apto limpo e confortável.

Recepção foi ok, funcionários educados. Restaurante tem horário de funcionários, fora desses horários o restaurante só faz lanche. Café da manhã fraco, louças sujas, comidas nem todas estavam frescas. Quartos faltam manutenções, chuveiro complicado com técnica pra ligar e no nosso quarto não tinha placa de explicação. A persiana da janela não abria, ela era tipo basculante. Para o Preço que foi, não vale a pena.
