They were very accommodating and helpful made great homemade drinks and had a fun place to hang out. They gave us a ride to the airport at 4 AM.

We were only there for one night, but i would definitely stay there again! The staff were lovely and breakfast was just what we wanted; fresh fruit, eggs, rice, beans, coffee, orange juice, fresh homemade yogurt, etc.

Check in staff were great! Room was big and clean. Provides airport transport which was a big plus for me. Would recommend.

I loved this property! Absolutely beautiful and the people are amazing!

Everyone was nice helpful And communicative! The food was amazing and the shower was so nice too! Love the peaceful waterfall at the pool and the grounds so nice to rest before travel!

Cheap on food, 2 slices of pineapple and watermelon and a tiny slice of 1 bread. Not worth the money. Great stuff and good location but yes the breakfast isn't very satisfying. No shampoo and conditioner included nor water. You have to buy it from the reception office.

Perfect location and service for an early morning flight. Enjoyed the meal.

I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was amazing - the rooms were fresh and clean and the staff was so amazing. Friendly and willing to help with anything - they made our party feel so welcome. The hotel is close to the airport and we felt very safe.

Proximity to airport is good. Difficult to find as it is unsigned, and access is closed by a large solid metal gate, unmarked.

Great place with a pool and great little restaurant. Breakfast was included and was very hearty. The staff were excellent, and the place is very clean. The only downside is that it is directly beneath the flight path so you have to get used to hearing planes overhead, but not all night. Excellent airport transfer time with it being only 4 kms away from SJO, but if going during rush hour in the morning, give yourself extra time (it took us 40 minutes to get to SJO due to traffic). We would definitely stay again.

Hard to find. Tough neighbourhood. No sign on street for the hotel, only a partially broken "doorbell" to open a large metal door to enter the property. Room had broken drain on sink, which splashed on floor when used. Some shower fixtures starting to rust. Staff friendly. Restaurant acceptable. Bed ok. Wifi ok.Price and distance to airport ok.

Lovely place, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff

The shuttle is only for return, not pickup from the airport. I would have booked somewhere else for that reason alone. I understood transportation to be for pickup. Once onsite, it was great for an affordable airport hotel.

This place has a private gate that once you drive through, you enter into a quaint setting with beautiful flowering trees! I was completely surprised because the drive to the area was on busy streets. I thought there would only be unsafe street parking, but there was ample parking behind the gate. The pool was nice, the staff was very friendly, and dinner was good. The bathroom was spacious and the lighting was good. Beds were comfortable. I would feel safe having this as home base while exploring nearby. However we vacationed in La Fortuna and only used this as a quick stay before a flight home.
