Amazing resort

Staff in the restaurants are great and work very hard!

Absolutely loved the place such a stunning beautiful hotel and the staff from the reception to the bar actually every single person working there were so nice and welcoming and very helpful. Only thing the food in the buffet wasn’t very good not a great selection

Very nice and modern hotel, perfectly located close to shops ,restaurants ,5 min walk from the beach.Good food and friendly professional staff.Recently renovated so everything brand new. Definitely recommend.

Like: Staff were really friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean and fresh after the refurbishment. The large, heated swimming pool was perfect for us to do some serious swimming. Close to coastal walks. Not to like: Too many steps! To enter the hotel, you have to go up, then down to the main lobby. Then take 52 steps down to the restaurant and the lift wasn't easy to find. The food was fresh and replenished quickly, but not that hot. The spa was underwhelming. The sauna wasn't hot, the massage jets in the outdoor pool were disappointing. There was no door to the bathroom, and a mirrored sliding door to the shower/toilet, which was somewhat transparent.

A great hotel, however the Spa experience was poor, with us sat waiting for treatments for some time, with the staff knowing no one was in to do them. Shambolic

Great hotel , couldn’t really fault it. All the Amenities you’d expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were exceptional, friendly and happy to help. We were there for new year and they really made an effort with dinner and entertainment- pity they were a bit late with the 12.00 countdown! 😀 food was great with plenty of choice. We also ate in ‘the one’ which is there a la carte restaurant for gold members. Food was nice but nothing special and less choice than the food market. It wasn’t very busy either so not the same atmosphere. Hotel has a good location too near the beach and bars and restaurants. We had a side room because we asked for a quiet room but did hear noise from a neighbouring karaoke bar and late homecomers on the street below. Just a note if you are less mobile there are 51 steps from reception to the restaurant! Keeps you fit if nothing else! Would recommend this hotel

Hotel was beautiful, we arrived the day after it reopened and it was perfect, staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful. Only slight issues were that we weren’t made aware that the nightclub/bar in the hotel wasn’t ready which meant we weren’t able to use that facility that we were really looking forward to and missed out on the entertainment that was to be in that venue which was more our style. Hotel was super clean and drinks were great, the hotel started to get busier as the days were going on and the staff adapted, there were slight issues with food/capacity but this is expected when a hotel has just reopened. Overall lovely hotel and I would love to come back when the bar is open as I think it would make the experience perfect.

I visited Tenerife on a trip to the Canary Islands with my boyfriend. We loved the Bahia Princess. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was extremely helpful and began helping the second we stepped out of the taxi. One thing that was interesting was that there were not a lot of kids at the resort while we were there. It was mostly adults and they put on a lot of great entertainment for them! With that being said, they did have a whole section for kids, including their own pool and an arcade area. Maybe it was the time of year, but it was definitely an older crowd. If I am ever back in Costa Adeje, I will most definitely be staying at the Bahia Princess again.

Decent 4 star hotel. Stayed 3 in a family room which was ok. Pools were fine and breakfast was very good. Close to the beach and good (but touristy) restaurants. Overall good value hotel for the standard you get.

Hotel was good but there are too many steps involved to access pool and restaurant.there are 2 separate lift systems also needed to access pool etc.rear exit to beach area was locked which means you have to walk up from pool and out main door and around the hotel.this invlol es hilly streets and could be avoided if gate was open. Wi fi in room was vefy good and good engljsh channels ie bbc 1 and 2 itv sky news. Food was quite good. A

Our second stay at this lovely hotel. We booked half board, The food was really good a wide variety of choice for breakfast and also dinner. The room we were allocated on arrival didn't meet our requirements and there was no problem changing it to a better positioned one. The hotel is very close to Shops, Restaurants and a short walk to the beach.

great hotel, had to pay for WiFi which is standard, but coverage was very poor, when paying for WiFi I would expect it to be fit for purpose. Was put into a room that never saw the sun at any time of day meaning it was quite cold,
