Property great location great random people pulling in and out of parking lot and making noise all night other than that staff great rooms clean and close to beach

The staff was nice if you're looking for luxury this place is not for you the bathroom was dirty with sand and hair the windows had no screens there is no AC they gave us a fan that was useless

They charged me $18 dollar extra at check in mentioned it was supposed to be collected by Expedia! I paid in full online when reserved the room, no AC! In Such a hot summer night, there was no "Continental breakfast" only coffee in the office!

Best friendly environment, staff was great! I would definitely stay here again and recommended to family and friends.

It was the hottest day of the year so AC Would have been nice but for the price it was exactly as expected. Close to beach and comfortable enough.

Very close to the Beach , room has no air conditioning and was very warm . Parking is tight , no breakfast as stated.

Great location. Wish rooms were cleaner, and more fans accessible for people staying. Customer service aspect, we had to wait for someone to come and help us. We called and no one answered, open sign was posted on door but no one was inside, no sign stating they would return shortly. Quite a bit frustrating when your trying to check in.

Parking was an issue. The guest were a bit loud but its basically a party area. Great location! Beach two blocks away. The hotel was a bit run down but had it's charm. My only comlaint was parking and a not so great running toilet, a plugged tub and no A/C. Otherwise friendly staff and great location. don't expect the Marriot, it has an old beach charm to it.

Tried checking in and no one was able to give us they keys to our room. We had to leave and booked a different spot.

Property needs some re-design Doors needs to be added on the second floor.

Have always loved this place. So convenient to the beach, convenient for food options…

Room carpet needed shampooing.

I did reserved for beachfront and when I got there asked for 525 for beachfront and when i asked to cancel and I will go back home they said I will loose money and they send me to Ojai 25min away to order hotel.

A nice place, 1st time visitor, will be back, good escape from the heat.

Anazing atmosphere and peaceful location!

Old, dirty,advertised as being on the beach.actually 2-3 blocks away.
