firstly I would like to say that when I saw a mixed postive and negative reviews about this hotel I was skeptic but I thought I will give it the benefit of doubt and can say that our stay overall was really good apart from a few small thing's. Hamid - very helpful and resourceful, he was always ready to answer any questions I had. I could sense that he genuinely wanted us to have a pleasant stay. Hotel room: Reasonably good not as exaggerated as most of the negative comments we had nice balcony view of the pools/mountains, the showers were great! side note: The cleaners were constantly keeping the rooms spotless and was always being very nice to my daughter. if I was to nitpick on the rooms it would be that they do need a little bit of an upgrade as the walls did have some wear and tear but that wouldn't stop me from revisiting. The food: typical hotel food, variety options , many desserts, coffe/tea available. most of the caterers were really friendly and diligent to help guests except one or two occasions when it came towards the end of a breakfast/lunch/dinner the 1 or 2 individuals were almost rushing for us to leave. While I understand that they are allocated times for the food, please understand that some of us have sick and stubborn children that did not sleep all night. the swimming pool was a little cold but okay to use however the jaccuzi barely had any strength left. will likely revisit again, thanks for all your hospitality!

Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Location is great, but requires transport (taxi or own car). aquapark is small but sufficient to enjoy. Foods are not perfect, but adequate.

The room had a great view and the rooms were in a good state however the food isn't what you'd expect from a 5* star resort when compared with similar resorts.

I only stayed one night instead of as a all-inclusive guest. It was incredible value for Turkey considering it included a fab breakfast buffet. The only problems were an ongoing sewage smell in the bathroom like poor venting, and the free spa area was quite dirty compared what I expected. It's brilliant if you're heading out on the Lycian trail.

We stayed 11th November for 3 nights all inclusive. Very quiet as out of season but very nice Very clean Beautiful food and lots of choice. Drinks very generous Outdoor pools cold but it's that time of year. Indoor pool area really needs some TLC. falling apart. Overall a lovely break with friendly staff. Stunning Views Would go again.

The general level of cleanliness at this hotel is extremely poor. Especially the bathrooms, whilst the rooms look OK on the surface they are not clean whatsoever with hair visible, clear evidence of no cleaning or poor cleaning.

Problem with air conditioner in room, took 6 hours to fix. Food average, not enough vegetarian options at dinner. Pool and activities were excellent. Price cheap for all inclusive. Not a 5 star hotel standard

Perfect room, perfect nature.

I have stayed at this hotel for three nights with my friends, and the hotel and the staff was as expected. I highly recommend it for those who looking for amazing vacation with limited budget. Just one note for the Wi-Fi very weak and cuts always.

The pools where the highlight. Everything else was terrible. Rooms where filthy. Even after requesting a room clean, which we didn't get. We had to resort to getting our own clean towels and toilet roll from the abandoned cleaning stations. Most of the staff where miserable, not very social at all, with a few exceptions .. the porter and some dining room staff. All inclusive? 5*. Not in my opinion, at most now a 3* .. Ice-cream served from 4pm-5pm ONLY and that's if they had any to start with. Obviously I appreciate we are in a pandemic and some services weren't available but after turkey went onto UK quarantine list

Hotel looked great upon arrival but was anything but. It's rated 5* maybe this was the case at one point, as you can see the reminisces of what was a beautiful business. I would say its more of a 3* at best. Our room was not clean,intact it was filthy. The room wasn't cleaned the while time we was there, even after requesting it to be done. The pool bar was empty. Ice cre was only allowed from 4pm-5pm and most days there was none..Staff where miserable but that's probably because they were all getting sent home early. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.

I stayed for a week and not once my room got cleaned. I complained 3 times and nothing happened. Not even one apology. I had to get towels from the pool to shower as they didn’t even changed the towels. Me and my partner got food poisoning from the buffet as it seems that the food get used from lunch to dinner and wasn’t kept hot enough. We Gad to end up going out all the time after for food and drinks. There was nothing good at all in this place apart of one waiter Aykut he was really nice.

The bathroom: Shower was mouldy, bathroom smelt of sewage and we ran out toilet paper and had to go to reception to ask for more The bed: The bed was comfortable and of a good size. The room: The mini fridge was not fully stocked as expected. The air conditioning broke twice and the temperature couldn't go lower than 25 degrees. There was rubbish left on the balcony from the previous guests. The resort: The pools were lovely and plenty of towels to use each day. The staff were lovely and very friendly The food was average but there was plenty of it. The WiFi was awful and when you could connect it was not very quick at all

The food was poor & the staff seemed inexperienced, this hotel hadn't prepared for the situation & this was felt by the guests. It improved as our week went on however it still wasn't a good experience. The only entertainment on we darts & water aerobics in the day & kids club & karoake at the night. The rooms were nice & with more effort this could be a really nice hotel.

Our stay was fantastic however I was quite amazed to find that a hotel that caters to the Uk market had very few employees that could speak English, which made it quite difficult in getting your needs met, on the booking site it states this hotel has a night club, this has been shut down due to noise factor,

Bad services, we booked a room with jacuzzi, but when we arrive to the hotel, they gave us a room without jacuzzi, and they said: sorry all jacuzzi rooms were fully booked!!!!!! How that???? We booked a jacuzzi room on expedia!!! How we didn’t get that room!!!!!! Bad experience in this hotel with first impression. The hotel itself is nice and located in nice place between trees and with nice view, but overall was bad service and not trusted.
