Nice place for families, the service was very nice and fast, the place is very clean, the resort have may activities I recommend the place for any one.

The way it was kid focused made it the best family vacation to-date. The Entertainment Crew were amazing, and relentlessly worked to include the guests every day, but let us just bake under the sun lazily if we wanted to. The spa center was high quality. I've been to at least 20 Turkish hamams, and this is by far the cleanest, most aesthetically charming bath house I've been to. For a massage, ask for Dehwi, simply the best.

Very friendly place, delicious food choices - unlimited food and drinks- really, clean well maintained, very comply and high quality premises, blue flag beach, nice people .. Diverse Visitors but all nice... Highly recommended for family oriented people...many choices for attractions such as parasailing, jet ski , banana boat....

When I read reviews it´s normally the person is upset or is probably a contact from the hotel chain making it look good . I´m the upset one but am writing with a level head now we are home. I booked this holiday to Turkey ( the 3 of us have been 10+ times ) under the impression from the website and some write ups that it was going to be great for our family, especially our 5 yr Old daughter.How wrong I was! It´s impossible to go into every detail but if I was to say the 5 Star rating is "high" is a massive understatement! Our Initial room was on the 5th floor and had a view of the pools & ocean.However the idea of the nice view is killed by the apartments that look directly into the room and that at 8.30 pm the Entertainment starts and the noise from it was so loud it felt like we were part of the show subsequently we couldn´t get any sleep and moved to the front of the hotel . Where at 5.45 am the Prayers start everyday at the Mosque across the road.Seems this hotel is great if you are an insomniac!! The food is identical each day.The guys in the Spa are SOO over the top in their negotiations and don´t deliver.Viktoria and the kids club staff are great!The staff speak very little English and some are simply rude! The Beach is a pebbled one and really uncomfortable to enjoy - the pools however were nice in comparison.The hotel is stale and old and I wouldn´t recommend this to an enemy let alone a friend. Look elsewhere for a hotel guys and I hope this review helped.

Gün odanın temizlenmesi için kart bırakmıştık kapıya temizlememişler asla temiz havluda bırakmamışlar çocukla rezil olduk 2.5 saat sonra gelip temizlediler yemeklerde uzun kuyruklar vardı ızgaralar sürekli bitiyordu insanlar uzun sıralar bekliyordu önünde

L’hôtel est bien, la nourriture est assez varié, petite point négatif pour le service de chambres, je pense qu’ils font le strict minimum en nettoyage, on s’est retrouver à devoir chercher du papier toilette depuis les toilettes public car ils ne remplacent pas nos rouleaux vides Les chambres ne sont pas digne d’un 5 étoiles, c’est au niveau d’un bon hôtel français sans étoiles On s’est taper les travaux de l’hôtel d’en face tous les matins

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind das reichhaltige Essen und die hervorragende Animation – gerade für Kinder und Familien wurde viel geboten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die Sauberkeit: Die Zimmer wurden zwar neu aufbereitet, jedoch nicht immer gründlich gereinigt. Hier gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt – für Familien auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Alles in allem ganz okay, 8 von 10 Punkten meinerseits.

Sehr gutes Resort für Familien mit sehr guter Ausstattung und sehr gutem Essen zu jeder Uhrzeit. Der Check in war holprig und das Housekeeping können verbessert werden.

Otelden çok memnun kaldık.Personelleri çok güler yüzlü ve herkonuda yardımcıydi hepsine teşekkür ederim birkez daha.Ayrica çok temiz bir otel içim çok rahat kaldım hijyen açısından olumsuz hicbirsey ile karşılaşmadım.Olumsuzluklar ise konaklayan insanların kalitesiz oluşları ile alakalı mesela hem havuz kenarında hem deniz kenarında şezlong bekleyen boş havlular gibi ya da deli gibi yemek alıp çatal bile degdirilmeden çöpe giden yemekler gibi...

Kafa dinlemeye ihtiyacınız varsa tam yerindesiniz.Gürültü yok, sert animasyonlar yok, hiçbiryerde sıra beklemek yok

Es war eine tolle Zeit, der Service in dem Hotel war Grandöse! Für Kinder gibt is im Miniklub ausreichen und wechselnde Unterhaltungen und Aktivitäten. Meine Kinder hatten eine tolle Zeit das Abenprogramm war auch immer spitze und Abwechslungs reich . Ich war das zweite mal mit meinen Kindern da und empfehle es weiter für alle Familien.

Alles in allem gut.

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt neben dem Strand, saubere Zimmer,hervorragendes Essen, freundliches Personal und tolles Entertainmentprogramm. Insgesamt eine wundervolle Woche

Très bon séjour à part que nous avons été malade. Le personnel super à l'écoute et nous ont bien dépanné sur plusieurs points. Buffet pas mal mais c'est vrai qu'au bout d'une semaine c'est un peu toujours la même chose. Très bon. Le café et le jus d'orange au buffet est vraiment pas bon. Mais sinon ravie du séjour.
