The hotel was beautiful, staff was great with all our group. They went above and beyond for our anniversary and really happy with all aspects of the stay. Would recommend to everyone visiting Santo Domingo to stay at the hotel.

Small boutique hotel. Very ckean, great staff, and very peaceful. Very relaxing, dibing limited, used uber type delivery for food. Rooms were big and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay at the Billini Hotel. I just wish that more staff spoke English considering it caters to a wide variety of tourists. The hotel property is amazing and has a very cosy feeling to it. I enjoyed the vast variety of breakfast options they had. Would love to stay there again.

The hotel is very nice and the first impression when you get there is excellent. However, as we had experiences with the service, like requests for towels, we started sensing weaknesses. I am not sure if I would stay there again, or will go back to Nicolás de Ovando, our usual hotel in the colonial zone.

Beautiful hotel! Near everything!

El hotel está bien ubicado, sin embargo el aire no sirve solo hay ventilador loq hace q el cuarto sea un sauna, no hay ningún bloqueo de sonido, se escucha desde los platos de la cafetería q es en la pb hasta la gente q transita en los corredores, la terraza no tiene servicio, subí estuve por 15 min y nadie apareció, había un matrimonio en la cafetería lo q hacía difícil pasar hacia la recepción q estaba en el camino, el personal muy atento pero las instalaciones todas viejas, no justifica el precio en lo absoluto

Very clean , staff suoer friendly and centric

This property is centrally located and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. I stay here every time I visit Santo Domingo. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it if you enjoy an upscale atmosphere.

It’s a great hotel but it now has the road destroyed. Have that in mind when you arrive driving yourself.

Love this hotel

Unique beautiful property with large room and bathroom. Rooftop decks and small pool. Only was not notified of street construction immediately outside my first floor room. 11 hours per day they made noise.

This property was clean an so relaxing. staff always helped always was attentive. Food from all three bars are great and the local restaurants are also good I would come back again . great service guys
