Good value and solid service and cleanliness. Lack of aircon can be uncomfortable on hot days.

Staff were very friendly at this hotel in the center of the village, within easy walking distance to everything. The room had a nice little balcony with glass doors overlooking the orchard of fruit trees and the mountain beyond. Bathroom was a nice size with a large tub (and shower) and old Italian marble countertop. There were outlets on either side of the bed for plugging in the various electronic devices, the beds were comfortable, and it was a quiet respite. The hotel restaurant was a simple place with good food at reasonable prices. My only gripe is that they installed cheap fake wood flooring throughout this otherwise nicely done older style hotel.

Beautifully maintained property in the heart of the mountains! Friendly staff, clean and comfortable, and excellent location to some of the best hiking trails in the Pyrenees mountains.

The hotel is very convenient with good central parking .The room and bathroom are comfortable enough but the walls are thin so snoring from next door was audible as well as late night door banging somewhere ( 2am) .Breakfast is not particularly appealing

Good service, clean and tidy with helpful staff. Great location with fantastic views in an great little village in a scenic mountain village. We loved the front garden after a long bushwalk.

Great small hotel, perfect for hiking in the park. Breakfast was nice, dinner at hotel restaurant was great--despite some of the lackluster reviews we read about the menu.

We had a short stay of only a day and a half but we managed to go on a nice hike and rented mountain bikes for a beautiful ride. The hotel is well positioned and has everything necessary to provide a good stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, parking convenient and secure. Good breakfast. Hotel restaurant good and other eateries are close by.

An overnight, midweek stay out of season meant that the hotel was very quiet and not all the facilities were either available or in use. The breakfast room was being redecorated, for example and so the meal was taken in the restaurant. The overall impression was that this was a comfortable and relaxing location and a pleasant place to rest after a long walk through the beautiful mountain scenery surrounding the hotel or skiing in the winter season. Our room faced the morning sun and had lovely mountain and garden views. The attached hotel restaurant is rustic and offers a lovely cascading riverside terrace if the weather is suitable. A pretty pear tree garden in front of the hotel was a great place to take a drink and enjoy the sounds of the river. A bonus was that the areas surrounding the village are very dark at night and so offer a great view of the night sky when the weather is clear.

Very pleasant hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The setting was lovely with a nice sitting area in the front garden. Breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful. The rooms were a good size and elegantly decorated. The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on,so much so, that I would consider not returning despite the other superior qualities.

Séjour génial pour de belle randonnée dans le parce national de aiguëstrotes ! L'hôtel super juste ce qu'il faut car plus souvent dehors que dedans ! Seul point noir les restaurants ... très déçus à ce niveau !

El hotel Saurat tiene buena ubicación, junto al río, habitaciones cómodas limpias. Trato del personal correcto y agradable. Muy recomendable.
