The room was quite spacious and clean, only at check-in there were problems, because the room I ordered for 2 people (deluxe twin beds) was declared not available, even though I booked it in advance. The hotel provides options: Will move to another hotel or be refunded and tell us to find another hotel ourselves. Finally given a family room (capacity of 4 people) at an additional cost. I was alone with my sister, agreed because I didn't want to be bothered to move to another hotel, and so on.

The hotel is located in the center, walking to Hoan Kiem Lake about 10 minutes, 15 minutes walking in the old town is very convenient. Anh Hai, the receptionist is very enthusiastic and kind. The manager is a bit strict, the hotel room in the old town is so good. If I have a chance to return to Hanoi, I will stay at this hotel

Dear Mr. Phan Thanh Nhan, My hotel that day did not see you through check-in at the Golden Sun Hotel - 33 Hang Quat Street.. And my side did not have the same case as you mentioned above. Therefore, I see that what you have reflected is not correct with the hotel next to me, so I think you went to the wrong hotel next to it, it is not the Golden Sun Hotel. Because my side forgot to inform Traveloka that he didn't come back that day because I thought this reservation was made by a friend Nhan, Traveloka's information support person, to try it out. The staffs were very nice and helpful. They gave us welcome drinks and gave tips to avoid scams and to get best price when shopping. The room was clean and worth every penny. This hotel was value for money.
