At check-in, homestay is not owned, not 1 person. The neighbor, who supported the room, led her into the room on the ground floor, lots of mosquitoes (while I booked a double bed on the first floor). The neighbor only looks after the owner so when I ask for the room key, I hesitate and fumbled. I finally had to call up traveloka to ask for the right room to be exchanged and contact the boss for the key, the complaint for 1 hour was fine. However, he still doesn't see him. Rooms are ok but the feeling of the bed is not washed often, it feels very itchy. I stayed awake until 2 in the morning and could not sleep because of itching. Especially homestay is full of mosquitoes. The first time I got bitten by mosquitoes, I nearly 20 burns. Knowing that Hoi An is close to a river and many trees, there must be mosquitoes but it is especially in this homestay. I was too busy checking out right after the first night even though I booked 2 nights. When checking-out, I don't see the owner. I choose to pay later so when giving money to neighbors I feel insecure.
