The hotel doesn't have a parking lot so it has to be kept at the night market :(

Is a hotel that is mainly a group tour Bathroom has leaking water, not clean. Breakfast is very small. If going to eat with a group tour, there is almost nothing left.

Good location. Room is not nice (almost basement). Staff attitude is not good (not enthusiastic guide, I checked in the early morning just answered do not know -> irresponsible)

I book the best view of the hotel, open the balcony to see the mountain view comfortably 👍 enthusiastic, good and polite staff even though the guests are always crowded. Located near the stone church, love market, cable car, 5p walk is there. If you go to Sapa, you will definitely come back here!

The couple's honeymoon trip! I stayed at the hotel for 3 days 2 nights. There are several assessments as follows: - The hotel is located at the beginning of Muong Hoa road, convenient to travel. - Enthusiastic, friendly and attentive staff ⭐️ - Clean, comfortable rooms, with a street view balcony but currently the opposite is being built so I don't open the door. - Breakfast buffet okay. Thank you hotel and all staff. The couple had a very pleasant vacation!

Quality is okay, staff is enthusiastic. One thing is that early check-in is expensive compared to the general rate of 200k for early check-in

Sapa Lodge Hotel is conveniently located in Sapa town center, right in the middle of Muong Hoa Street - near Night Market. Go straight to the Court. Near the hotel there are several worthwhile pubs like Hmong Sister, The Hill Station. Behind the Sapa Lodge is a beautiful mountain view. Rooms are equipped with basic amenities: hair dryer, water heater, refrigerator, TV, towels, slippers in the room ... Staff polite, caring.

Inside the hotel is quite clean, spacious room, good staff attitude. However, the hotel is located in the area is quite a lot of houses are built to go to the downtown area a bit dirty, dust and noise.

The hotel interior is okay, however, the room size is not the same as on Traveloka. Advertising is 28m2 / room but in fact we put 3 rooms, there are 2 rooms area about 16-17m2, the room is a little wider about 20m2. Room prices are relatively expensive compared to the general premises. Breakfast, we found bread moldy. The early check out time is 11am which affects our travel schedule.
