The hotel is just a straight line from Namba Station, super comfortable and believe it or not, this is a fairly spacious hotel compared to other hotels I stayed in Osaka, it can accommodate a family of 2 adults and 2 children, the best in general, where the bathroom is big and clean, there is a wagyu a5 restaurant with reasonable prices + next to it there is a souvenir shop, medicine and others, a short walk and you will reach Glicosign, the best in general. I will definitely stay here again

This is the most pleasant place to stay while in Osaka, only 15 minutes from Namba Station and 5 minutes from Daikokuchou Station, there's mini mart beside the hotel and some near the hotel. I got the promo price for twin room with breakfast, the cafe's open till 10 pm, the staffs are really kind. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip!

All the staffs are very kindly and helpful. My Husband had left his backpack in Haruka Train and the staffs of Relief Hotel Namba were very hopeful to communicate with The Lost and Found of The Station. The backpack was founded and send to Kyoto. Thank you so much. Arigato Gozhaimasu ❤

Very good, with full facilities, wide room

The hotel is good. The range from 22 to 25, the people are not crowded, barely able to find people. Quiet, walking distance from daikokucho station. If there is no luggage out, exit 1 will be nearest. The hotel has a convenience store. A lot of restaurants

The rooms are spacious, there is a balcony, close to the station too, only 1 station to Namba. Under there are family mart and next to a drug store.

The room is spacious, clean, good, comfortable, bathroom is a bit narrow and no clothes hanger. But overall it's okay Breakfast is delicious. There are a few options to choose from.

Front desks were very nice and accommodating. But the room is very small for family of 4. The bed is very hard and no free water for the guest. Quite expensive compared with other hotels in Japan.

The hotel is clean. Easy to access from subway Daikokucho station.

Hotel cuman 10 floors, stylish apartment model which is made of hotel, there is a small kitchen (but can not be used must report first if you want to use) reception where check in ygmugil :) there is hot spa man and prempuan clock alternately on floor 10 one floor with room yg yg we stay, incidentally when we wake rain the front of the elevator a little hit by the floods of rain. Breakfast regular menu no change of good location, close to daikokucho train jln foot 5min.

A warm hotel when outside is cold. Nice staff.

Traveling from Kansai Airport, take the nankai to Namba Station (late) and walk to the hotel not far away. Ideal for people who want to go to Kansai. If you have a chance to go again.
