The place is very good, accessible to everything like shops and bakeshop and a good and quiet place for resting. Since it's a motel, there is no chance of cooking food in the room but there is a microwave plus fridge for food and fruits. We enjoyed our time there and will definitely come back BTW, front desk lady was lovely during our check in

This room was perfect for what I needed! I was pleasantly surprised and very grateful that staff granted me a late checkout. It made my day that much easier especially as I had a long drive ahead of me! The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the amenities were sufficient for what I needed. I enjoyed my stay thank you!

Room was clean. Staff friendly. Could do with a few more things in the kitchen e.g. sharp knife, chopping board.

Key was left as it was xmas day so that was very helpful Bed terrible but luckily we took our own foam underlay n doona with us Air con super noisy( same when other guests turned theirs on) so im guessing neglected No hot water for showers n dishes( tepid at best) Hole in woodwork in bathroom either rotted or rat hole Shower was dirty

I love the flexibility of checking in and out. It was easy.

No one at reception on arrival, incorrect phone number in window, made an assumption that we had free phone calls whilst here. WiFi would not connect, manager did not reply to email. No bottled water in room, no milk to make tea. Gardener on patio in morning whilst getting dressed. Only one chair in the room, 2 single beds as well as the double booked. No staff available at the property for the entire stay. Poor location as on the outskirts of town.

Overall I found it a lovely place to stay at. Enjoyed every minute, very relaxing and peaceful.

Spacious and clean room. Denise in the office was extremely friendly and had a fabulous local knowledge. Walking distance into town to restaurants a bonus.

In opinion it was a motel room and it looked like a motel room The carpark looked like a carpark.The pool looked like a pool.i didn't get to meet the staff it took myself making a phone call to find out the key was in the room and what number it was but thats ok.The best meals in the Portarlington area is definitely the golf club.If you are looking for a woman in this town I recommend bring one another town with you.

Quiet Good location

Very small room with 2 tripping steps in the interior floor. Fairly well equipped. Although it was a Saturday night it was not good value for the price.

All very good except for the poor Hot water service This needs upgrading urgently The two lounge chairs in the room were not the most comfortable Otherwise we had a most enjoyable stay

Great customer service. Clean and tidy rooms. Wine glasses in cupboard were a nice touch as were board games. Pool area was a nice place to relax. Will definitely book again.
