suitable for family vacation with small children

Great hotel! The beach and swimming pool are great, the hotel grounds are beautiful.

The balcony window is open, the wind is strong and it makes a whistling sound.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days and 3 nights, the people here are so nice and friendly, the hotel service is very good, completely worth the money!

Okay. The food looks good but it's not very delicious. Not Western-style. The breakfast buffet has water dishes like vermicelli and pho that are too salty. The rest is just okay. Probably because it was a holiday so it was too crowded. I feel like they couldn't take care of the guests. The food at the beach bar is okay. The resort's facilities are quite old.

The service is excellent. Beautiful view, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast. There are staff to take care of customers from the time of booking to check-in. I booked a table at the restaurant and the restaurant manager gave me very clear and detailed advice. A great experience.

I arrived a little earlier than check-in time and was still supported to check in early to rest. The receptionist was polite, enthusiastic and attentive, minus a few points for room cleaning because maybe the staff was new. If you decide to spend all your time in the north of the island to play Vinwonder and Grandworld, then Pick Vin Resort is the perfect choice because you get enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off support, discounts on shows and games, and you only need a face ID to enter the gate. The breakfast buffet was ok... I only didn't rate the dinner set menu highly because my taste wasn't very good. Overall, it's still a good choice for a comfortable vacation...

The whole experience was Amazing.

Traveloka did not clearly state that the hotel has a child surcharge, which increases costs. If you have children traveling with you, remember to check carefully because I was looking for a room with 2 adults and 2 children, a 7 year old and an 8 year old. The hotel just found out there is a surcharge, the surcharge price is half the room price, so disappointing

Hi, I don't want to give a bad review about Vinpearl. The resort is great, the rooms are very nice, the pool is very clean, the sea is so fresh. But the working system is not professional. I called the hotel to pick up at the airport, when I got to the airport, no one picked me up and the staff said: I didn't call and investigated that; the staff wrote down the wrong flight. The staff didn't apologize at all. I had to call the hotel again and it was resolved but I had to wait about 20-25 minutes but because I have a 3 year old child, he can't stand the hot weather but I still had to wait in the hot weather. The second problem: on the last day I went out to eat because I still had credit from the hotel, I was also careful, I told the staff to go to the reception to check how many points I had left so I would know and pay correctly because I didn't want to check out tomorrow and have more trouble, but at check out time you said I still had money for dinner last night. I explained to you guys who said I had to pay. So I met the manager and told him clearly that I had paid and given money to the staff. So, the manager told me to just go to the airport and he would check and call me back. After that, no one called, I had to call back to check if it was correct? The manager said: the staff dialed the wrong room number for me. Through my story, I advise you to go to Le Tan before the room check-in date to check what you have spent... so you don't have to meet the receptionist tomorrow morning. I really like Phong Phu hotel and accommodation...

Bathroom tub: needs regular. Maintenance, broken drain cap. Pressure water pressure in shower. Lobby bellboys need to lookout for customer best interest rather than collaborating with taxi drivers for extra benefits. Confusing bustop at T1/T2. It would be great to post trip map on the bus for better clarification.

Everything is ok except the spa that made an appointment but when I came to work there was no staff. Waited for nearly an hour and no one was there

Amazing place however the rooms are a bit old looking but clean and acceptable for the price. We visited several hotels however this is the best hotel on the island so far!

Room is spacy, the balcony is very big, the view is amazing and the Hotel looks and feels new. The swimming pool is super large. We had great fun here. The breakfast buffet, however, is not as good as it was 3 years ago, should improve.
