I had to call the hotel again and it was resolved but I had to wait about 20-25 minutes but because I have a 3 year old child, he can't stand the hot weather but I still had to wait in the hot weather. The second problem: on the last day I went out to eat because I still had credit from the hotel, I was also careful, I told the staff to go to the reception to check how many points I had left so I would know and pay correctly because I didn't want to check out tomorrow and have more trouble, but at check out time you said I still had money for dinner last night. I explained to you guys who said I had to pay. So I met the manager and told him clearly that I had paid and given money to the staff. So, the manager told me to just go to the airport and he would check and call me back. After that, no one called, I had to call back to check if it was correct?
