Great stay great check in Got my motorcycle washed and parked in secure area. But got up expecting to have a nice shower in a gret shower stall but mo hot water. Otherwise fantastic stay

Staff was excellent!

The park is nice but the streets around are not in the best part of town. We struggled to find food in the area but the restaurant at hotel is nice. We got to watch our F1 race which was very enjoyable

Helpful staff. The place is in need of a sprucing, but felt safe and very accommodated.

Nice property with secure parking. Took quite a while to get luke-warm water in the sink or shower.Really, we had to turn on the shower and wait about 7 minutes before the temperature got warm enough to not have a cold shower.

The area is not the nicest in Villahermosa, but the hotel is nice looking, the staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms comfortable

En la mañana la señora que limpia nos abrio la habitacion y nos vio, mala experiencia violando la privacidad de una habitacion que se supone deberian saber que está ocupada

Parecia un cuarto muy antiguo con amenidades de motel

El hotel esta en una zona, seguro en el día pero cuestionable en la noche.

Vi las referencias en la pagina y al llegar me quede enamorado de las instalaciones. Muy comodas y limpias.

No me gustó la decoración, deberían modernizarse y aromatizar

había un bar detrás del hotel, la música sobrepasaba el nivel permitido, además se estaban peleando los ebrios del lugar, no me dejaron descansar. A favor: son pet friendly y eso da seguridad al viajar con tu mascota, buena atención, especialmente del portero (muy amable) y todo lo demás bien

Esta ubicado en un lugar inseguro y con nula vigilancia policiaca, hay mucho ruido en los pasillos y el vigilante abrió mi habitación a media noche.

Todo bien, pero tuve que dejar el coche en la calle por que no tenian espacio en su estacionamiento, el personal muy amable.
