The spa was getting sorting but overall such a pleasant stay, will be coming back again x

Just a lovely period hotel with great staff.

A great hotel. Very cosy as you walk in and a warm welcome. We had a family room. The beds were very comfortable andy daughter was delighted by the bunk beds! Great having bath and shower option. We used the pool and steam room twice, great edition. Ate one evening in the bar and the food was lovely. Would definitely recommend.

The room was clean enough but was ready for a makeover. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Staff was very efficient and kind and helpful. Unfortunately room was very dated and furniture was old and tired. Carpet was old and wore out. Wasn't a proper double bed and uncomfortable. Shower head was absolutely broken but was repaired same day but was outdated for the price payed. Dirty bed sheets on arriving. Got offered another room which was kind and did accept it. Room 2 was an improvement but old and worn out and bathroom was not great. Had horrible nights sleep as no sound proofing on walls could hear everything in other rooms next door. And just didn't feel like it was a relaxing hotel to stay at really. Had to check out a day sooner. Staff was very sorry about it all but was hoping for partial refund. One good thing was the very lovely staff members though.

First impresion when entering room was, Wow, with plenty of draws, wardrobe, three piece suit, onsuit bathroom shower plss roll top bath.

Super hotel for the price. Lovely spa/steam/pool. Great staff. lovely garden (when it stopped raining)

Clean room . Staff very pleasant . Facilities were brilliant .plenty of tea coffee hot chocolate and water resources in the room

Refreshing that the staff and establishment got so much just right. We had a really lovely stay.

We had a lovely weekend here, nice size rooms and everything you expect. We had the evening meal twice and it was very nice although they could of offered more vegetables. Staff were excellent and freindly !

The hole place was well presented and al staff had a smile and a welcome.

Room was clean, staff were helpful. Good location with lovely walks close by. Good pool area indoors.

The hotel is good value for money, clean, warm & comfortable. It’s a little tired & cluttered with a mish mash of furniture but the staff are welcoming & friendly. The room service/clean wasn’t great but overall we will stay there again

Such a lovely hotel. Spacious room. Good size bathroom. Really nice staff. Only a short walk to the promenade. Nice bar area. Will definitely stay again.

Nice lady on duty who seemed to do everything from front desk to serving our dinner efficiently and friendly.

I am unsure about the quality of my breakfast, as it was not served until 8 o'clock. I had to depart at 7:15. The staff was present and even managed to have their toast on the go, but it appears that an earlier breakfast was not an available option. Eben it was paied for in advanced again no information was avaliable

Staff were great especially the ladies on reception, was happy with our room but next time a room with a view across the gardens would be amazing, throughly enjoyed out stay
