Check in time took 2 hours because there wasn’t a clean room available. Bed had hair on it so sheets were not cleaned.

Perfect location

Instant regret when I came to this property. My room was very very dated. Water ran yellow. Phones in the room didnt work. The wifi didnt work. There was construction next door all hours of the day, no peace. Hated it. Def wont be going back.

This hotel has rooms that I would consider to be one star and the best rooms, maybe two star. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were unacceptably dirty. Examples were smeared stuff on bedroom and bathroom walls. Lots of dust on floor. The worst was finding strands of hair in the teacups in the room. The cleaning crew never came up when we requested. In our 5 day stay we did have the housekeeping crew come to do their morning clean up but the mop was so dirty, we declined the service. The food is just okay, maybe 2 star. Overall the outside is beautiful, very scenic. But I would NEVER stay here again.

- Towels were worn out and not clean. - Four persones and they gave us two beach towels and refused to give 2 towels for the rest fo the family. - Beach is very small and rocky not as pictures shown on the property. - Mini bar was not working and had to chase them by phone, going to the reception and following up for 6 hours to get it replaced. - Had a plumbing issue that also had to chase them to fix for 4 hours. Even after the resort manager promised that he'll make sure that the mini bar and the plumbing issue will get fixed right away. 2 hours later and nothing was fixed and had to keep calling and going the reception to get it fixed. - Any room service request was delyed and you have to keep calling them repeatedly. - Public rest rooms in the resort weren't not clean. - 1 bottle of water per day for each room even if the room has 4 guests. In general you can sense that the resort management is very cheap and not professional.

Incredible views and staff. Not to be missed or overlooked. The grounds are terrific with tons to do for any and all ages.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Dreams Beach! It is an amazingly beautiful property, well maintained with lovely gardens. The culinary staff led by Besso were wonderful!! They made sure to know your preferences and make you feel welcomed every time they saw you. Besso even went above and beyond sending a cake to our room for our daughter’s birthday. The front desk staff was helpful in all we needed. There are numerous gorgeous areas to lounge and relax and enjoy the views. We hope to return soon!

I really appreciate the culinary staff! They really did a fantastic job with the dining experience. I was very impressed with dishes prepared by chef Ibrahim Omar and grateful he shared some cooking tips!!!!!

*Vast, poorly maintained resort. *Beautiful location to enjoy the sun but far to walk to areas of interest such as the old market. *Caution with buying packages (extra curricular activities), such as snorkeling as I over paid by alot. And they lie to sell items and try to upsell at time of purchase and during activities. *The front desk doesn't understand or speak very much English. Had to go several times to the front desk for things like checking in (4 times), having a plugged shower (twice) and so on. *Tipping is expected, in euros/US dollars and staff will demand it. *Staff/supervisors try to upsell and get upset if you kindly refuse to give in. *Rooms were not very clean, found blonde and black hair on floors, shower and sheets. Had broken table top on patio. * Target market are Russians and Ukrainians for the resort and area. * Area around hotel had lots of vacant and rundown hotels/business in the area.* Area safe to walk around, during the day. *Recommend to buy packages online, without pickup at resort/hotel, as taxis are less expensive and they will recommend to you not to get a ride back with them to explore the area. And they will not refund/reimburse you.

This is a 2 star not 4 star. I paid double the price of Hilton to get half the quality of experience. They would charge fir extra bed for kid when I booked for 4. The food quality is poor.

My lovely resort visiting it regullar from 20 years till now means onyl 1 thing it is 1 of the Best Resorts at Egypt. Best rooms view to the sea so clean, food is good in quality and quantity even during this hard days during Covid.The Beach is sooo beautiful clean and safe with the life guards who are doing the Best to keep you safe. Pool is lovely and clean.It is really freindly staff to be all of them espically MR Shawky, MR Baz. MR Romany, to be honest all the staff are super. Thanks for our nice stay

The hotel was ok but the stuff was not good Food was just fine with no quality It is not a 5 stars hotel I didn't like it and will not go there again

the issue with that hotel is that they go with bad tactics to steal money. an example when I went to check in I proposed my visa card however the receptionist told me that the machine is not working and suggested to me to use another ATM inside the lobby to pay in cash which is for another local bank so that they would be able to charge more for interest.
