Our stay here was the perfect way to conclude our honeymoon. The room was very clean and the view was just incredible. We also enjoyed the easy access to the beach, the restaurant, and both pools. The location was ideal—close to the airport and so many shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palma!

Great location, good for travellers who want to mix beach and visiting. Super safe for solo travellers. Easy access to the bus with a direct line to Palma. The boardwalk offers great access to many small supermarkets and restaurants if you don't want to go to Palma. Getting across the island to visit the Eastern part requires a car - taxi fares are extremely high if you don't want to burden yourself with a car rental, in addition to which parking anywhere is very difficult and in so some cases impossible. For North Americans the Air conditioning wasn't limited and not strong enough. Breakfast buffet lacked variety and there wasn't enough water bottles in the room fridge and no complimentary drinks were offered at arrival or in the room during the stay.

Absolutely amazing hotel

Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout. Bar Drinks and food were delicious and made quickly! Beds were comfy - we had a “side sea view” but still had a good view of the beach. We were allowed late check out which was charged by the hour, that was great as we had a late flight home. Was easy to get a bed by the pool. It was very calm round there & music wasnt too overwhelming

This hotel was amazing from top to bottom! The room was very clean, we had a side sea view which was lovely. The location is perfect, right on the beach & right next to supermarkets and restaurants. We were able to get some sandwiches and pastries from the one opposite and they were really tasty! The staff were really helpful as well, they advised on one of the days where it was overcast that the buses are full and taxis are ridiculously expensive so we we're able to rent bikes for 10 euros each all day and cycle into the city centre. They also recommended an area in the city centre for drinks and food where we spent most of the time there! The pool bar does amazing frozen strawberry daquiris & a really good club sandwich. Would 100% recommend!

Beautiful

Excellent room with large terrace and sun lounges overlooking the beach and the whole of Palma Bay. Truly excellent location with value for money car park. Full breakfast buffet service.

Location, location, location. And the staff, from the front desk, to the restaurant, to the bar, was exceptional - friendly, helpful, professional, efficient.

The staff were very friendly. Room was excellent. Breakfast was very nice , except for the tea bags. Not the usual English breakfast. House keeping was very good. Spa was very enjoyable. Would love to return.

Great location for beach and buses! The hotel was beautifully clean and staff excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good, with large selection of food. Would love to go back!

Great staff at this hotel, super friendly, they are an asset. Nice room, room facilities were basic but very comfy bed, pillows and linen. Both pool facilities were excellent, lots of beds (early May). Food was average (breakfast once and lunch twice) but surrounded by loads of places to dine so not a bother for us. Proximity to airport is a plus. We enjoyed our stay here.

Wonderful location and attention to detail. Friendly staff.

I had to upgrade my room because the first room smelled stale and didn’t seem clean. Also there was almost no ocean view when there was supposed to be a partial ocean view. The good options could have been better but the staff (especially in the bar ) were excellent. I most enjoyed my unobstructed ocean view and the exterior amenities such as rooftop pool and outside eating areas. It didn’t feel like a luxury hotel.
