The hotel is next to an emergency department which could be off putting at first but actually wasn't a problem. Only 15 mins walk away from the centre I found it an ideal location. The rooms are of a good size and have everything you need. The towels are changed daily if needed but the beds are not made. Breakfast is quite basic with cereals, meat, cheese and a couple of hot options, but again was adequate. Would have liked a kettle in the room but overall good for a 3 star hotel.

The staff were very good, breakfast was disappointing, especially the espresso and the eggs. But they are minor things, point to note is that the hotel is next to the main hospital and the helicopter landing pad was less than 100 metres from my bedroom window. The hotel generally was a good place to b, unless you are over 2 metres tall, the beds are a bit short.

rooms were clean. staff was helpful. good air condition. I asked for queen bed and they gave two twin next to each other. shower handle was not attached to wall. no place to put soap and shampoo. you have to hold shower handle in one hand to take shower. very uncomfortable. Breakfast had same thing every morning. scrambled eggs, mini hotdog, cold cuts, chesses, bread, cereal etc... very limited parking only 7 cars in garage and two outside. I would rate this 2.5 to 3 star hotel.

Good location easy walk to main square. Nice staff good breakfast. Would have liked a kettle and coffee maker in room or in common area. Nice having an elevator

The hotel is located as part of a building beside the main hospital. It has a few supermarkets right next door so useful from that point of view. As you enter there are signs telling you that construction is ongoing on site. In our bathroom there was a shower enclosure but no attachment for the shower head so you had to hold it. It’s a no frills room. The breakfast was good. Approximately 15 minutes walk to town centre.

Room is small and not clean (part of the bed sheet also has a whole). Terrible way of checking in after 9pm (we were also given wrong code to the door which added 1h of us waiting outside with our luggage and 11 months daughter). Absolutely ridiculous experience and will never take this hotel ever again.

Poor customer service

Staff was good, places was clean but they didn’t not have dishes, pots etc for use without asking which was disappointing. I would have been nice to have these in the room. Also the air conditioning it not work well.

The room was clean, arrived late and had no trouble booking in. A bit noisy didn't realise the hospital emergency was next door. The airport shuttle was excellent 👌

I booked late so may not have been in the best room in the hotel, I was on the first floor. It was ok, but not great. The walls allow you to hear the adjacent rooms and there is no night staff so a guest playing a tv loudly until all hours will be disruptive. One thing to note, this hotel is directly next to the hospital. I expected there to be a great deal of noise as ambulances come and go at all hours, but this was not the case. None of the noise was from the hospital. The bed and bathroom accommodations were fine, no issues. The overhead rain shower had great water pressure and was nice. The air conditioning was difficult to set, and once set not up to the task. It was 30c at the high end, and 12c at night. I was overly warm throughout, but not badly overwarm. The daily breakfast was good, and while the coffee was a machine it produced coffee that was better than expected. I didn't have a car so can't assess parking.

Staff were professional. Room amenities were excellent.

The room was perfectly adequate for the price. There was no view outside of the window - just another building. The breakfast room felt cramped and was noisy. The location is ok but not great, surrounded by busy roads and a hospital.

Room was very basic. Front desk personnel were not outgoing or friendly. Great location for train and bus station. Close to the old town.

The room was good and nice. Whenever we arrived the bathroom still had dirty towels in it but they promptly fixed it and apologized. It was a well priced stay in Ljubljana!

I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately the experience fell well short of expectations. While the room had clearly been newly refurbished, the design was extremely bland and lacked even basic comforts. There was no complimentary water bottle, nor were there any tea or coffee‑making facilities, which made the room feel quite bare. The bathroom was clean, but there was a persistent, unpleasant stench coming from the toilet area that made it uncomfortable to use. This issue never improved during my stay. There was also ongoing maintenance work in the building, but even aside from that, my room had a continuous loud buzzing or burning‑type noise throughout the day and night. It made sleeping incredibly difficult. I reported this to management, but nothing was resolved during the entire duration of my stay. Another major frustration was the centrally controlled temperature. I wasn’t able to adjust the heating or cooling in my own room, which meant I couldn’t get comfortable at night and struggled to sleep properly. Breakfast was another disappointment. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, you’ll struggle — the options were extremely limited, essentially just cereals and a few cut vegetables that didn’t look particularly appealing. Overall, despite the refurbishment, the lack of comfort, unresolved maintenance issues, and poor breakfast options made this a very underwhelming stay. I hope the hotel addresses these problems for future guests.

I didn't really have breakfast as I usually slept in, although I didn't have a vehicle, I always felt safe around the general area

they use the renovations as an excuse for not doing many basics in a hotel of this price. the phone in my room not plugged in AND not near an outlet. a light not working. no basics like in room kettle or coffee, or 2nd mirror outside waahroom. front staff didn't seem at all welcoming.

Shockingly bad hotel. On arrival we were given a room that was half way through being demolished or done up, we couldn't tell. There was no headboard, just holes. The carpet was cut and the concrete floor exposed. The furniture was sawn and there were no doors on it. The shower cubicle was mouldy, I could go on ... We complained and were offered an 'upgrade', basically the same room without the problems above. I can't understand why were we not given the second room straight away! The second room had its issues - a concrete wall for a view, 10 feet from the window, you couldn't see the sky, it was so depressing. A noisy fridge that had to be turned off to be able to sleep, no coffee making facilities, no toilet roll holder, a joke of a shower, the rainfall hose didn't work, the shelf sloped so didn't hold any toiletries, loose toilet seat, damp in the ceiling, dreadful tiling and masticking, again I could go on. The breakfast room was awful, it was looking at the same concrete wall, no soft furnishings so very noisy, it was like a student cafe. The food itself was very basic, the fruit on offer was mouldy apples and orange segments. The hotel was right next door to the a&e hospital so ambulances we're going to and fro. Absolutely not a 3 star hotel.

The hotel was clean and tidy but is undergoing some construction (as of 6/4/26) so some of it felt unfinished. Otherwise it was perfect for me as Ljubljana is such a walkable city and it is in a good location.
