Great beautiful property!

Not worry a 5* hotel - we stayed 2 nights. Room smells badly and wasnt refreshed by 3:30pm on day 2 until we requested HK. We asked 2 glasses of champagne and received 2 different size. Same were placed by staff in corridor with ice bucket and we noticed they were not removed until our departure. Buffet at breakfast served same meals for 2 consecutive days. Very disappointed

nice hotel, AC kept the room to cold, technician could not adjust it...we froze Waiter, Deepak in Monarch restaurant was fantastic

Toilets condition is average must little improve

The check-in was fast. We had a comfortabel, spacious room. The bed was big and not too soft. The breakfast offers a wide range of food. Only the service of the hot drinks was sluggish.

Rooms as advertised, good staff, decent food.

Good property - nice clean beds. Couple of problems: 1. The hot water kettle did not work, a replacement was provided and it did not work. A third one was provided and was defective and I had to hold it for it to work. Not enough tea bags and coffee. 2. The non-slippery part in the bathroom under the shower with grated lines is so sharp and painful that it can cut your feet. It is so uncomfortable and dangerous. 3. I was travelling with a senior and requested that I take breakfast to the room, but it was not allowed. Very disappointed with the service.

We had welcoming reception. Excellent breakfast . Friendly and polite staff

The front desk staff could benefit from additional training to better accommodate customers. Hosting street food cooking in the hotel's open veranda was not ideal, as the cooking smells spread throughout the premises, which has a hostel-like infrastructure. Although the hotel was recently painted, the lingering paint odor in the room was unpleasant. On a positive note, the hotel was clean and in excellent condition overall.

Not worth the money spent. Amenities are average. Carpet on all the floors stinks.
