Clean, quiet, friendly staff, affordable rooms

The place was use friendly and the staff very nice ,the only problem need attention is the iron and the toilet is small big guys like use we were strangling to assist ourserves.

For the price it is perfect

Very clean, Aircon was great news.

The room and bedding smelt of smoke and long black hairs were found in our bed.

It is nowhere near the airport, more like 25-30 min and I had no hot water to shower the next morning

1. The night shift staff were extremely loud, laughing, banging stuff and chatting away through the night 2. The sink was smelling terribly, clearly there was an issue with the drainage system

Just a horrible place! 2 star hotels in other countries are beter than this one!

My son and I have stayed at the Germiston Road Lodge several times and have always experienced a comfortable stay. The room and ensuite are clean and well presented. I like that you can open the window if you don't want to use the air conditioner. The breakfast is pricey but does offer a good variety of food. The hotel is extremely conveniently located, especially if you a rower. It is right next to Victoria Lake, it has a great restaurant called Harvards just down the road at Rand Airport and a Roadhouse, for quick takeaways, within a short walking distance from the hotel. It also has easy access to the N3.

We use this as a base when we have business at Rand Airport and serves it purpose

Simple and helpful good service, after we left, in the evening I phone back to see if I left my pillow. They call me back said it was founded and today I organise a friend to fetch for me.
