A bit far from the town centre, but in the end it was worth it. Opposite the hotel, there is a tram and a bus that take you to the centre.

Great room, nice staff, great location and transportation close by, car parking was good, only downside was noise from trams, otherwise was a great stay, I will definitely stay here again.

Stayed only one night. Decent place but could improve. TV is very small and most of channels didn’t work due to bad signal reception. This place needs a microwave! My room was located in close proximity to train tracks and it was very difficult to fall asleep. Super annoying!

Staff were super helpful and let us leave our luggage in a room early for no charge as well as on the day we checked out. Very clean and tidy lovely rooms

We had a brilliant stay. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, beds were very comfortable, room was spacious and kitchenette was fully equipped. Location was amazing with different supermarkets at the doorstep, buses and trams around the corner. It was around 15 minutes walk to Wroclavia and train station. We stayed in many places around Wrocław and this is our favourite one! We will be coming back.

The room was very spacious. King sized bed in a bedroom with double doors to isolate it from the living/dining area. Modern lighting and close to the train station.

We booked a king size room and bed, only to have two single beds pushed together for the duration of our stay. We only had one pillow on each bed and had to wait until the next evening to get extra pillows as the porter wasn’t working that day. Our room only had one chair and one kitchen stool, so we had to request another stool and chair. The hydraulics on the extra stool didn’t work and kept sinking / lowering the chair. We didn’t actually get the extra chair in the end. A few minor things like the glasses in the room were disappointing too, such as no milk for tea and coffee, and the drinking glasses were very small (100ml). The hotel is nice overall, good location, quiet and near several shops and transport links.

I was surprised to find the condition of this aparthotel. This is advertised as a 4 star but was more like a 4 star. Walls are dirty, furniture is broken and taped together. The staff was helpful but that was the only good thing. Would not recommend

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and the customer service was top notch. Requested to move to another room with cooking facilities and they made the changes for me immediately. Everything was being well taken care of and I will definitely return.

Fabulous hotel we had a room with a kitchen area so a lovely big room . Very clean and coffee restoked daily. We found the room very warm and comfortable beds It is a little on the outskirts but we found it only a 20 min walk and there is frequent easy to use trams directly outside .
