It was a very pleasant 2 nights stay here. The room is comfortable, the location is close to Ancol and if driving with travel from Bandung is also very easy because the location is right next to the lobby. For ibis service 9/10 ✨ but unfortunately for the Pool we had to ask permission to the hotel next door and the welcome from the hotel next door was less than welcoming 🙏🏻 maybe you can re-brief so that the hotel next door is more welcoming to ibis guests for access to the pool because it has been advertised, I'm afraid guests will be hesitant to access the pool 🙏🏻

There is no exhaust fan in the room so the air is musty, the room lights are also dark, the pillows and towels smell musty.

At the beginning of check-in, the car plate number was requested to register for parking, before checking out, reconfirmed the parking and it was said that you could just leave, but in reality, the parking had not been registered for free parking. Luckily, my card balance was small so it was not deducted from the balance. As a result, I had to turn back to the hotel and go back up to the receptionist.

Location is OK, dark hallway, room is OK although very narrow. The downside is that refilling food and cutlery (spoon and fork) takes a very long time, waiting 10 minutes without refilling, even though it was still 8:15, it was all gone. Coming back here might be worth considering.

Hotel close to shopping center, very good Food is also delicious.
