The hotel is conveniently located across from the Star Medica Hospital where I had an appointment. It is in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room we stayed was clean however the amenities were lacking. The bathroom leaked whenever we showered and wet the entire bathroom floor. The towels were worn and faded. We got a balcony but had no tables and chairs on it and our room (we paid for the upgraded room btw) had no couch and table as advertised and one single chair. Luckily we did not spend a lot of time in the room.

This is a well located hotel with friendly staff. Good for medical visits and holidays to the Merida area. It is close to a very good mall too. It's a traditional hotel with Concierge / Porters who help carry your bags and reserve parking spots for you in the hotel car park. At weekends the hotel's two restaurants are full so sometimes parking is a challenge without their assistance, but at other times is readily available.

Very far from anything except a hospital. I suppose it’s fine if you are going for outpatient surgery but there is nothing to see in the area. The pool only has 4 chairs and the food and drink prices are absurd even for Merida

Not many of the employees spoke English in the ones that did very little but they were still very helpful the restaurant staff was amazing, very clean rooms.

Overall was good but at the check out the person from the lobby asked me to wait until they check the room to see if I broke or stole something. Which is the first time ever I see this!!

Need to update TVs and pool it is not a cheap place, they should upgrade a lot of things!

The hotel is very clean and relaxing. The gardens are beautiful and the staff very attentive and nice. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again.
