The room was spacious, perfect for transit. The staff was standby 24 hours. There was a mini playground in front of the hotel.

The hotel is located within the airport area, after check-in, so to access the hotel, we had to first check-in at the flight counter. However, information about this procedure was not clearly stated in the title or main booking information. We only learned that the check-in counter only opens four hours before departure. As a result, when we arrived early, we were unable to complete the check-in process and were automatically unable to enter the hotel or stay overnight, even though we had already made a hotel reservation. We were then directed to KLIA 1 and had to pay additional fees for accommodation. It is unfortunate that this crucial information was not clearly explained from the outset. The fact that the hotel is located after the check-in/security area and is only accessible after flight check-in should have been prominently displayed to avoid misunderstandings about its location and procedures. A very disappointing experience and caused us to lose time and additional costs.

The drain in the bathroom was clogged, causing water to pool and overflow throughout the bathroom.

The price paid is not commensurate with the facilities provided, especially since the room is very small.
