Very disappointing stay. For the price (over $1000), this place is absolutely not worth it. No basic amenities like water bottles or shower kits were provided. Breakfast was exactly the same every single day for a week—no variety at all. The elevator wasn’t working, and we had to deal with going up to the 16th floor like that, which is unacceptable. On top of everything, the manager was extremely rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Does the job, not luxury but still very good. Staff very welcoming and nice, room was spacious and clean and extremely quiet. Nice to have a full refrigerator/freezer. Breakfast was ok, the usual included hotel breakfast. Underground parking also a plus. Would stay again.

We were there 3 days and the same breakfast every day. The same scramble eggs, sometimes cold with sausages. Yogurt and fresh fruits were great. Moved the coffee table and there were old fries under it. The room smells dirty. I wish the website states to bring all for using the kitchen as it was absolutely empty. It’s a great value hotel.

Gym - water fountain was out of order, gym equipment needed some maintenance/upgrading and had an odur to the gym. Buttons on the stove/fridge handles and light switches needed wiping down.

Upon checking in my room was switched to an other style wich didn't work for me, so they immediatly changed to an amazing room. Love this place, conveniently place, underground safe parking, clean and amazing views of the city.

Didn't have the opportunity to try the breakfast. Was impressed with the kitchen, which had almost everything.
