Clean room, near supermarket, enthusiastic staff

All good, only so far from the city, need 1 hour to go there.

The hotel staff is very friendly, with a sweet smile. The restaurant service is quite good, but because we are Muslim, we have to be careful in choosing the food, and are assisted by the restaurant staff.

- I booked a room with 1 large bed and received a room with 2 single beds. Even though I chose it in the Traveloka app and noted it again carefully (I have the right to choose according to the policy). But in the end, to change the room, I had to pay 200k. While I stayed at Nikko Hotel Ho Chi Minh, I also got a free room upgrade. - There was a musty smell along the hallway, and the room smelled of cigarette smoke from the previous tenant. Very unpleasant. - The hotel lacked a bellman, when they brought other people, the remaining guests would have to find their own rooms.

Bedside lights not working. Toilet weighing machine not working. TV control is not user friendly. Not informed that roof top garden BBQ is not in operation.

Book the room at the wrong time

Room air conditioning is abnormal, TV is a bit fussy and slow. The breakfast menu is also not complete and feels monotonous.
