The room is small but clean, with a private toilet!

Hotel staff is very nice, spacious room, comfortable, even for 4 people, but at 5 is not too tight and close to Bui Vien but not too noisy, the toilet is quite clean I like Cozy House

The hotel room same exactly 100% with the pictures (I was stay in Deluxe double room), cleanliness perfect, very clean..location also very convenient, staff at receptionist very friendly and speak english, the only thing I disappointed about is the Wifi, I only can give score 1 for the wifi, mostly I can’t connect at night time and day time even can connect but always can’t load, please upgrade your wifi with the higher packet one because I can’t check my job on my laptop at all while I stay at here because the poor wifi connections. overall this hotel still very comfort to stay for peoples who don't need wifi too much.

Rooms are clean and small. The room I rented is 16m2, maybe because the room is small so there is no locker (the last time I rented a larger room with a closet), it was a bit inconvenient.

Rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and well decorated. hotel drinking water is free and there seems to be fruit on the ground for guests. Disabled parking spaces are not available, you can park your car at the opposite film theater university, 20k / car / night :)

My house has 3 rooms for 5 people But because of work reasons, there are 2 people who are not able to stay at the hotel but authorize another person to live in my house. But when I receive the hotel, my house has 4 people but only 2 people have ID cards, the other 2 people forget to bring cmnd but they have a replacement driver license. But no, the hotel staff refused to have a cmnd when they checked in, and the other papers couldn't. How many places I go to domestic and foreign hotels but have never met this situation before. Finally, for reasons that cannot be settled because you are only required to have a cmnd to stay, you will be asked to pay us back and have to find other customers because you have already paid in advance for traveloka, and in short I I have not seen any place like this place, so bad and how to handle the machine too

A lovely hotel in a convenient location! The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. The terrace on 4th floor is suitable for enjoying a coffee in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel if in the city centre area. Will stay again!

I really recommend this place, it feels like home. I love the breakfast, the fruits, and the drinks. The staff were very polite and very helpful. They also help us to book our tours, it was hassle-free! The place is also very near to the back packer's street but not that close so the noise along the street will not disturb your sleep. The housekeeping was also commendable, we have fresh towels everyday and new rolls of toilet paper and the bedroom/bathroom were very clean also. If I will return to Saigon, I will book this place again for my vacation.-
