Bad service: I cannot check-in & get in the room for 5 hours. As a customer, I don't care if the issue comes from the Hotel or Traveloka system. The receptionist said that the room I booked could only check-in at 9 PM (the ticket on the app system showed 4 PM) Good point: Clean room, convenience devices.

Don't judge a book by its cover. The lobby and the facade look very old, but I was very surprised with the amenities inside the room, everything is provided, and was very valuable given the lower price. The manager & staffs speak english very well and was very helpful. I recommended this hotel very much.

The best hospitality I've ever experienced from any hotels in the world. Mr son and staff are the most helpful and the hotel’s location is the best in busan: close to public transports, lotte complexes, and delicious & hip places to eat. Do not hesitate to stay here when you’re in town

I stayed at this hotel for 6 days, I was hesitant so I booked into Traveloka just one night but it turns out I like it because the rooms are quite large when compared to hotel rooms before I went to this hotel in the city of Busan or in Seoul. With a cheaper price than other hotels with fairly good facilities. Already get breakfast, drinking water is provided dispenser on the 2nd floor. The owner is friendly and kind, the counter clerk even cleaning service. Especially the counter clerk can speak English and can help explain even if I'm confused explaining to the driver I can ask for help by whatsapp to the clerk hotel to help explain in Korean. The hotel is also close to Lotte shopping mall duty free, close to money changers, as well as many food places around the hotel. If you go to Busan, don't hesitate to choose this hotel, it looks like from the outside the hotel is normal but the important thing is the service is really good, even the hotel owner is also very kind and friendly.

Comfortable beds, nice and spacious rooms. Friendly staff, good service. Wifi is fast in the room. Good breakfast and strategic location.

Location is great, near Lotte department store and MRT station. The services were great, they let us check in at 7 am. But the greatest of all, they have map with complete and detail information (mrt line / bus number and stop) many of sightseeing places.

This may my great great experience stay at busan. The owner help us a lot and hospitality. They provide the map and route we should take by bus or subway, even recommend me food neighbourhood. Hotel near bus stop and subway interchange and shopping centre also could take airport bus but we take a taxi because over luggage. Owner also could explain in a good english, don't know how if we don't met them. Room is also spacious, clean and comfort. The bed also great ones. Bathroom and amenity is great. Bathtub also. Breakfast kimchi is also good and dining room clean and tidy, after all. I could give my thumb up. Thanks for your service and hospitality.
