Room was spotless.

Staff was great, clean rooms, clean hotel, large rooms, comfortable bed, great breakfast, everything about the hotel and room was a 5 star except for the shower that should not get even a 1 star, shower head was broken, it was miserable taking a shower, what a shame for such a nice hotel, toilets are built so close to shower door, you hit your head in the door when trying to sit on the toilet and pillows were miserable, very uncomfortable.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic views and terrific beach access. Lovely pool and lots of waterfront restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Will definitely stay here again!!

room was very clean. The mattress could be a little bit better.. breakfast is OK too good not amazing. I stayed at the same hotel a few years ago and it was fantastic but the property itself is wonderful design easy access to the beach and the pool is fantastic.

Everything you’d want from a 5 star hotel for a relaxing holiday.

room was very clean and they could upgrade the mattresses. The breakfast wasn’t as good as I remember it. I stayed a few years back and the quality has gone down, but otherwise I enjoyed it.

Maintenance

Exactly what we needed was some downtime and this property was perfect. Great value, beautiful pool, breakfast was fantastic with many options. Would definitely stay here again! Staff were super friendly.

Second time staying at Blu Horizon and it didnt disappoint. Excellwnt servicw from syart to finish. Great beach and pool avcess. Surrounde by dining options.

The hotel is in the perfect location and staff was very welcoming and helpful. They are helpful when calling cabs to downtown or around the area and when you have questions about the area. Service at the beach, pool and breakfast is not perfect but you can tell who is there to work and improve and who is just there because they have to be.

Excellent!!! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful to meet all of our needs. Beautiful location spacious rooms. The bed was comfortable. We loved the pool and we were located across from the beach. The breakfast buffet was top notch.

Staff very pleasant , worth paying extra for sea view pool room as we had garden pool room so the sun only shines on garden pool rms until approx 1:00 . Otherwise great

This is a small, quaint property that is superbly maintained. I can't recall having a better experience with any service staff I've encountered. Given the sea mist that typically covers these types of properties, one would expect some moist outside furniture, but rest assured HB's staff was on the spot making sure that wasn't the case. The breakfast buffet was huge and the food was outstanding. Suffice it to say, this is a superb property, and one that can be enjoyed without having to take out a mortgage to pay for it. Five stars!
