Very friendly and helpful staff especially on the front desk

Everything beautiful especially situated in a very nice Parisian neighbourhood. Just a walk down to the shops!! Only one small downside, the lift only fits one person with two bags. So plan early when you are leaving the hotel to the airport. If not you are in for a bit of a wait. Overall a very nice stay. Love the water and coffee machine at the bottom near the reception. And security is good. Tap in to enter after 8.30pm. Thanks Hotel Helussi!

Easy to get to from Gare du Nord train station. Close to the metro. Close to many restaurants. Excellent location.

The breakfast was great. The Staff was and did go out of their way to assist me. The room was always cleaned great and the shops nearby were fantastic! The Front Staff at the doorway were the BEST ever and got me personally to my train!!! Thanks from an 83 yo retired US Army soldier!!! Ken

The Hotel Helussi was very "upscale" and lovely. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful, always cheerful. The room was comfortable and well kept. Breakfast was exceptional.

It was fine for what I needed. It was a little shabby and outdated in the room. There was an odd drain smell too. Hotel reception was friendly and the location is ideal for the train station.

I chose this hotel for our last leg of our trip because the Expedia listing stated that the hotel had laundry facilities. The room was clean, spacious for the cost, and the bathroom was nice. Unfortunately, the listing was misrepresented on Expedia. It stated that the hotel had laundry facilities, which we found out was incorrect. The front desk staff informed us that paid laundry was available down the street. Very disappointed with the deceptive listing.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Helussi. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, so it feels calm and peaceful, yet it’s in a very convenient location—everything you might need is just a short, walkable distance away. A perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and accessibility. Highly recommend!
