Quiet atmosphere, spacious and clean rooms.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms and interior need upgrading and maintenance. The location is strategic, and I booked a deluxe ocean view room, but it was infested with ants and lacked cleanliness. The breakfast menu was delicious.

I've called the hotel and asked the room cleaner for the reason, but they didn't inform me. I've called several times and still haven't found an answer. The item was missing. 3 days later, I went to the hotel and asked why the item wasn't in the wardrobe.

There are no eggs for breakfast... even though eggs are cheap... suggestion: it would be good to at least have boiled eggs for breakfast (even better if there is an egg station to make omelets or sunny side up eggs)...

The restaurant's breakfast menu lacks variety and tastes very basic. The hotel management should be more lenient in adding variety. There aren't even sausages or potato wedges. The furniture is in dire need of renovation, especially the sofas in the lobby, which look worn and dirty.

The room was clean, tidy, and smelled nice. You can see the ocean from the balcony. The room was cool. Nice, nice, I stay here every time I go to Padang.

Nice and clean, easy access and approach

the room is full of ants/insects. then given insect repellent, where the customer must smell it. then given a new room after complaining again, but the new room still has ants but not so many. However, it takes about 1.5 hours for a response regarding insects alone. because there is often miscommunication between staff and it may be interrupted by prayer hours at 18:00. please speed up the response, and the security guard is not on standby at the entrance and exit so there is no help to lift suitcases. for food it's really OK.

Nice stay and good service in this hotel. I will come back again.
