Cleanliness has been improved again, just like before. Before many new hotels sprang up, Pangeran Hotel Padang was the best. On September 1st, I stayed in room 416. There were hidden stains on the sheets and dust in the corners. Was this room rarely occupied, or did the housekeeper miss cleaning? Other services were still as good as before.

Its impressive strategic location makes it easy to get everywhere; even the beach is just a short walk behind the hotel. The swimming pool is also clean, and the hotel food is delicious.

There was a lot of hair on the carpet in the room. Since I had a toddler with me, sitting on the carpet was uncomfortable. There was no doormat outside the bathroom door. The bathroom sink leaked, so the wastewater spilled onto the bathroom floor.

I've been here several times, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downsides are the towels smell a bit musty, and the headboard cushions have dirty stains. Otherwise, it's fine.
