Check-in time was too long, like many hotels abroad, even though in West Sumatra the average check-in time is 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM. However, I couldn't change rooms during check-in. The room I got smelled strongly of cigarettes, and the smell lingered in the curtains, and I'm allergic to cigarette smoke. I even requested a non-smoking room during my reservation, hoping it wouldn't smell like smoke. As a result, my asthma flared up during my vacation, and it was quite stuffy. The amenities and facilities need repair and upgrades, such as TVs, internet, etc. It's okay if the price goes up, as the location is very strategic and there are often events here. The carpet in the room needs to be laundered because it smells quite strong, and it's noticeable during prayer, even though the prayer mats are quite thick. Hopefully, Pangeran Beach Hotel will be even more successful in all aspects in the future, amen.

There were hidden stains on the sheets and dust in the corners. Was this room rarely occupied, or did the housekeeper miss cleaning? Other services were still as good as before.
