Hotel staff were ok. The biggest shock was being assigned a room on the 3rd floor without an elevator or anyone willing or able to help us with our bags.

Good stay. Free coffee, water and tea all day. Nice hot water and good pressure. Our only issue was water coming into the room from the wall which was fixed as soon as we mentioned it. Comfy bed, somewhat firm. Also provided soap, shampoo and towels. Would stay again.

I think the hotel is in a good condition. It provides the basics for a short stay like bath amenities, towels and a big closet. However, because it is located in an entertainment and bar area, it gets really noisy during the night. It lacks good noise canceling walls and windows.

Perfect for a getaway. Clean, well maintained, air conditioned and a roof terrace. Good shower and a functional wardrobe All you need really and very well presented. Staff were helpful and patient and spoke far better English than our poor Spanish. The surrounding area is lively with restaurants, bars and cafes, but not overly loud at night.

nice employees. helped well. only the room suffered from many ants, which were removed by the cleaners after notification. air conditioning gave a lot of dirt when it was on. but nicely located in Sevilla

I loved the property itself- the staff were absolutely lovely, it was conveniently located and clean. There was air conditioning and the toilets were really good. The area around the property can get quite loud esp in a street facing room. There are some clubs and bars nearby so noisy people can be heard at night. And the windows don’t really protect from the noise. But if you’re a deep sleeper it’s not too big an issue.

This property is definitely not for people of the older demographic. Check in required you to have What’s Ap on your phone which I did not have nor was it communicated that I needed it via email from Expedia. Advertised that reception hours were 10-6pm but on our arrival no one was present and required me to access my international roaming to seek assistance which was a disaster. Finally we got into our room which was on the ground floor with a cafe right outside so the shutters had to kept down for our entire stay. The shower screen leaked and needed repair asap. The area is vibrant and you feel like you’re really experiencing Sevillian life which was a positive. Would not recommend.

In a great location, staff were very helpful at reception! The rooms are basic, but are clean and have everything you need. The rooms where a bit noisy at night, however this can only be expected from being a popular area.

The reception does not open until 1200h so if you arrive early you have to be lucky that you can drop your bags. I asked for a quiet room and got the noisiest facing the plaza with outdoor dining. The room was fantastic but noisy. The staff could be friendlier

This was a decent place to stay while visiting Seville. The room was clean, a good size, and the location on the Alameda was bustling. It’s about a 20-minute walk to the city centre. Check in was easy as it’s all done digitally, but if you don’t have access to data, be sure to check in advance in case reception is closed when you arrive. The bed was comfortable (I was in room 7) and the shower was hot/great water pressure. The terrace has also been updated/renovated and is really beautiful. In terms of what I didn’t like as much: the room was very noisy. I couldn’t hear any of the other guests in the building, but the cars and people on the street could be heard very clearly. If you are sensitive to sound when trying to sleep, this should be a deal breaker. Next, the shower doors don’t stop water from escaping so the bathroom floor would flood each time I had a shower. I had to use all of the spare towels to dry it up. Lastly, the windows had been left open prior to my arrival, so there were some flies and mosquitos in the room during my entire stay.
