Es un lugar sencillo pero muy cerca del centro, muy aceptable experiencia

Old facilities, mostly ran out several years ago. Furniture seems to have been served patrons since the late seventies. The place surely saw better times but now is decaying, though not dirty. Price might be reasonable given the conditions. And well, breakfast is included in the standard rate.

staff was very accommodating and friendly

Everything was great, except the A/C unit. They need to give some maintenance or replace it. Dust will come out, I had bloody nose the next day due to dust.

The worst bed used in a hotel in my entire life, the sheets already gray from the worn as well as the towels. The curtains do not cover the entire window, you must place something to cover and have privacy

Very quiet place to rest

There wasn’t the clearest communication amongst staff. Some of the things in my room didn’t work properly, I wasn’t given a remote for the AC that I had, my TV wouldn’t work properly even after they “replaced it”, and there weren’t tissues in the tissue dispenser. I’m not trying to be arrogant about things, but they could’ve at least made sure those things were good

This is a great value hotel. My only issue is that I needed fastest wifi for my professional activities. The staff were great, too.

El hotel es bonito y está limpio, sin embargo, espero puedan mejorar su atención. Le hice la reservación a mi mamá, quien acudió a TRATAMIENTO al hospital de ONCOLOGÍA. La ubicación es buena, caminando se hacen como 10 minutos y la zona es tranquila, pero el PROBLEMA, es que les escribí para comentar que ella viajaba para un tratamiento y que deseaba nos apoyaran con una habitación cómoda y envíe una transferencia para que ella solo llegara a dormir, ya que por temas de distancia, llegó por la noche Y NO FUE ASÍ, la hicieron esperar 30 minutos PORQUE NO ENCONTRABAN LA FORMA DE PAGO y yo entiendo que tienen que comprobar las transferencias pero yo les escribí al número de donde mandé la transferencia, mismo número que me dieron en recepción Y JAMÁS RESPONDIERON, llamé al hotel por la tarde y TAMPOCO CONTESTARON y encima de todo, la reservación se hizo de una sola cama y le entregaron doble. Mal servicio, dejan una mala experiencia y que triste porque el hotel está bonito.

Muy básico y con temas de calidad, es una opcion económica para estar cerca del centro y del hospital H+, sin embargo la calidad es baja, toallas rotas y percudidas, ropa de cama percudida, la recepcionista no tiene la mejor actitud, sin ser grosera pero apática. No lo consideraría de nuevo.
