No pets ,i was awaken twice from a barking dog.

The room smelled bad. Carpet really needs replaced. Room smelled of old cigarettes. Bathtub had dirt in the bottom of tub. Dirty drapes. When you walked down the hall it does not smell good…never staying there again

Easy access right off the interstate but very quiet. Grocery stores and restaurants walking distance. Sparse breakfast items.

Quick emergency trip.

Booking was a last minute stay late at night. I specified in the booking we needed an ADA room with zero stairs and well lit pathways. We get put on the second floor and told we can use stairs to the left or right. The guy at checkin was one of those people who obviously hates their job and made it very clear.

EXCELLENT in all ways possible. I was so impressed by the cleanliness, coziness, and quietness of this hotel. I love that it was close to TIM HORTONS and a grocery store. Would definitely stay again.

Room clean with necessary amenities. We just needed a place to stay on our way through and this fit the bill. Standard hotel breakfast. Dated building and could use some updates, but otherwise acceptable.

Dated hotel. No elevator so if you have a heavy suitcase, have fun. Room hairdryer was broken but they had spares, a lot of them, at the front desk. Breakfast just okay. Staff were very nice and helpful.

Clean, safe, friendly with great breakfast choices. Perfect choice for our visit to SUNY Fredonia!

Super nice only issue I had was my room smelled like it had not been clean and sheets looked like the bed was just made again not changed ,asked for new sheets and front desk gave me new fresh linen no issues.

Visiting my daughter at SUNY Fredonia. Very convenient to get to campus. Check in was easy and the room was clean and quiet. Will definitely be staying again on the next visit.
