Very nice place to stay, very comfortable and relaxing, very nice breakfast.

One interesting thing about this hotel is that there is plenty of parking. The hotel should be improved because it looks old. The facilities in the room are very limited. The air conditioner does not have a remote and cannot be controlled by the blower fin. There should be a foot towel in the bathroom. The slippery floor is very dangerous especially for the elderly. Limited soap and shampoo.

The cleanliness of the room is so so. The wifi is so slow sometimes that you can't use it right away, you have to turn on the data. The electricity is on and off all the time, the phone doesn't charge fully, the iron gets hot and cold. There are few sockets and many are loose, it's a bit dangerous. The air conditioner can only be adjusted up and down. The toilet is hard to flush. The PH pool is closed, luckily it's been 2 days, so the kids can swim in the pool tomorrow. I didn't bring any food.

Please improve the food at the hotel, breakfast is always the same food every day. They need to create a new menu.

Local hotel that very recommended if you stay in Alor Setar.

Bed was lumpy. Shower motor sounds like a helicopter hovering in the bathroom. Be careful of the bathroom tiles, edges are sharp and can cut if not careful. Room was quite though. Hotel is next to the state stadium, fyi.

Everything is good, very comfortable to stay. The staff are very friendly. Buffet breakfast is fantastic and delicious. Parking is also available for guests in the basement. Hope to stay here again in the future!

The wash basin was leaking in the drainage pipes and ants all over the basin. There holes in the walls where the wiring was seen. The management should check the rooms. Of course it is a budget hotel but these simple task.

The air-conditioner is not very cold, it's set to 17, it's not cold either. I happened to get a room facing the setting sun, it was really hot that night. Maybe because it's the weekend, the hotel is fully booked, so you have to fight for parking. It's okay to park in the stadium area, but I'm afraid too. it happened that there was a night market event in front of the stadium, after getting parking, there was nowhere to go. Walk around the stadium area, the receptionist is just fine. The hotel is very close to the stadium. If you want to watch football, it's really good to port here. Swimming pool open until 6.45PM, closed on Sundays.

Pros: spacious room for family. 1 queen bed and 1 single bed for a family of 4 is just nice. Cons: old furniture in the room. Air conditioner not cold. Toiletries not complete. Bathroom cleanliness not great.
